Yet Again We See The RSPCA Mafia in Action
RUTH DOWNEY MOVES RSPCA TO SUPREME COURT

On Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd June 2010, Ruth Downey wil be appearng in the NSW Supreme Court.
This moves her appeal against judgement in favour of the RSPCA to be heard by three judges.
Refused a trail by jury in the district Court with judgement passed by a single Magistrate, this may return a different result.
BRUMBY SLAUGHTER 2000
We have collated video and information of the Guy Fawkes National Park helicopter shooters cruel killing of some 226 Australian heritage horse "THE BRUMBY". Evidence presented here exposes a cruelty cover-up by the NSW Government and the RSPCA colluding with National Parks that is a bloody disgrace.
Only one charge was laid to stop evidence being tendered in court by farmers who discovered the slaughter. Now in 2010 the whole thing may be repeated this time on the "Snowy Mountains" after the NSW government has Banned all shooting of Brumbies.
"HOW MUCH CAN A KOALA BEAR"
Recent raid by the RSPCA on Gunnedah Waterways Wildlife Park, operated by 70 year old Nancy Small and her husband Col, managed to turn a whole township against this donation dependant public animal welfare organisation.
Moving into damage control, Steve Coleman, RSPCA-NSW CEO organised to meet with the Gunnedah RSPCA Volunteers at their monthly branch meeting in the PCYC hall on Thursday 18th February 2010.
Having closed the meeting and all were about to leave the hall, Mr Coleman arrived, and as all Mafia Don's do, he was accompanied by two soldiers that paraded before some 60 people who had remained. This visit airfares, motel, meals and hire car will be
paid for by public donation funds to the RSPCA.
Like poetry Mr Coleman opened by stating, "he could not answer many questions due to pending investigations. Noted was his astonishment that so many people had turned up to what he thought was a closed meeting.
Again in true Coleman form, any questions that threatened his comfort zone where dismissed.
A question to Mr Coleman, "was Veterinarian Michelle Campbell, whom the RSPCA had brought to the Waterways Wildlife Park as a veterinary specialist, needed to have qualified from specialist exams and be registered with the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists as a recent check of that register does not present her name"?
Mr Coleman answer was, "As far as the RSPCA is concerned a person with what they deem is enough experience in that field was adequate for them to recognise then as a specialist".
A further question was raised whether that made Nancy Small and Dr David Amos (pictured), both with 30 years experience caring for these animals, specialist! … in which case they would be more qualified than Michelle Campbell"?
The silence from Mr Coleman was deafening and the question ignored.
A question presented to Coleman by retired police prosecutor and Gunnedah councillor, Leon Mills was - "not in relation to this matter, but do you agree with me that under the Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals Act, an inspector does not have the power to remove an animal due to stress?
Mr Coleman's answer after much ducking and weaving was - "No … I disagree with that… it is the interpretation of the act".
Leon Mills came back with, "you do not have to interpret… the word STRESS does not appear in the act. And further to that if they take those animals to any detention, that also is illegal".
Mr Coleman replied, "NO ..I do not agree with that"
Another question to Mr Coleman, "why did they have the TV film crew with them at the park when they took the koala's"?…
Coleman's answer, "in relation to the film crew, I am aware that the RSPCA had done another job and the film crew asked if they could tag along to Gunnedah"
