WE RE-VISIT THE POISONED CHALICE

Published in SOS-NEWS on 18th June 2008, is this prediction coming true? With Dela-Bosca in tatters… WHO’s NEXT ?

NSW Government Host Koperberg, Iemma, and the Chalice

As expected, Phillip Koperberg is again positioning himself in the public eye as a political mediator and facilitator within the NSW Labor ranks.

Obviously Phil’s read the trilogy of Robert the Bruce – and believes he too can exit the cave re-invigorated by the exploits of the indefatigable spider.

Our stoolies information seemed to be proved correct previously, with it only a relatively short time there-after, we saw Minister Koperberg relegated to the back benches of NSW parliament.

Of course there was a façade of reasoning for this shuffle, but some believe the truth is, the desire to place Mr Koperberg in Morris Iemma’s job was just too threatening at the time, to allow such manoeuvring from within to continue.

Our stoolies now advise us it is all on again and sure enough, we see the beginnings of the political jockeying.

Morris Iemma is a lame duck as NSW Premier and whilst all within NSW Labor are well aware of this, even though they go through the motions of support publicly, the left and the right factions of Labor are at dire loggerheads as to who will rule in place of Iemma.

Further, our stoolies advise us, Labor heavy weights are desperate to position the leader of the opposition, Barry O’Farrell, in an untenable political position before they make their move to dispose of Iemma – hoping that O’Farrell will find this position of tenuousness within the NSW Power sell off debacle and hence not be in a position to take advantage of the Labor collapse, at least until its over and too late.

Beware of people bearing gifts is the saying, thus a saying that MP Phillip Koperberg fits only too well of late.

The desire to see Mr Koperberg standing as NSW Labor leader before his varnish fades and the real political tarnish shows, has always been a left goal. Mr Koperberg, in the eyes of many in NSW was revered as some sort of demigod of the NSW Rural Fire Service, albeit, for many in the know, not particularly deservedly.

It is this false worshipping of a man who on camera as the leader of an emergency service fire response organisation, grabs a garden hose and without neither jacket, overalls, helmet, goggles or gloves, races to the side of a house with a dribbly garden hose, whilst enshrouded in bushfire smoke, as if he was the RFS Lone Ranger.

The news reels rolled and the moment was captured. The falseness is without doubt a clear harbinger of the style of politics to follow.

What’s even worse here for the NSW citizen is that this supposedly left leaning Labor Premier aspirant Phillip Koperberg and the business sector of this nation are in bed together with the sell off yet another of the few chattels left in NSW.

Big business is worried about losing Iemma and his electricity generation sell off push, as profits will fly away on red bull wings.

Koperberg is afraid of rushed policy and legislative approaches of a desperate Iemma, hence loss of a NSW Labor government, as KP’s chances of a political leadership would wane.

Iemma is just afraid of everything and all ready has his hand on the high speed lever and is full forward in reverse.

Debus is not afraid of anything, for he’s the dog handler for the secret police and black helicopters.

MP Phillip Christian Koperberg is positioning himself as the next Left leaning NSW Labor Premier and this is a position that ASIO, ASIS, etc, etc head, Bro-In-law, Bob Debus of Australia’s division of the US Homeland Security fame, possibly spoke about in the Katoomba café trysts.

Premier Koperberg; is that a Dutch sounding name in power in NSW now; god I love multiculturalism.

Yep, suits the NSW Parliamentary halls of flame exactly.
