Jennifer Parkhurst may well have been to Court on November the 3rd, 2010 and she may well have to suffer main stream media across the globe running their stories like good little corporate citizens who toe the official line and tell you what Maryborough Magistrate Smith had to say while he was denigrating and character assassinating one of our true and genuine Environmentalists of this great nation Australia.
Premier Anna Bligh’s Kate Jones may smugly, yet falsely, tell that same media about how her Ministry and the underlings of the departments in her portfolio, have been vindicated and exonerated from all wrong doing and her management plans for Fraser Island are so correct.
Nothing, nothing is further from the truth.
The real truth which was never heard, never tested and never meant to be allowed to see the light of day, due to suspect judicial legislation analysis and hence, fear coerced guilty pleas, will rise, will become visible and will be demanded, by the amazing growing voices of the masses as they rally to the side of a great Lady; a true Alpha Species.

Polling booths streaming party faithful voters irrespective of irrefutable evidence the two party preferred system is corrupt, unaccountable, a total failure for democracy.
Elected servants by their public masters, politicians have manipulated their roll to master, setting rules and regulations maintain this status by suppressing any uprising with dictatorship containment.
Radio 2GB Sydney breakfast personality Alan Jones, on Monday 31st May 2010 conducted an interview with both Morris Iemma deposed NSW Premier and disappointed now retired NSW Treasurer Michael Costa concerning their content in a recently released book “Betrayal – The Underbelly Of Australian Labor” written by Daily Telegraph journalist Simon Benson. This was followed by morning show personality Ray Hadley’s interview with the author.
Both interviews are compelled listening for all persuasion of politics keeping in mind the underbelly of all parties is to have power and total control by corruption, greed and politicians remain the same from both major parties. Change will only come from voters who have that power.

Dad Rudd, of Australian history in radio and film series “DAD & DAVE”, is very proud of what his Rudd family did for Australia, and what he did in government to help our fellow Australians.
Today we have a RUDD who is a national disgraced, and insult to the office of Prime Minister who is a lying egotistical self-centered people manipulator, a total bloody disgrace not only to the family name of Rudd, but to the people of Australia.
The writing of a previous Labor Leader Mark Latham suggests he was not as mad as the embarrassed Labor party now claim.
Consider just some of what the former Opposition Leader wrote of his then foreign affairs spokesman in his Latham Diaries, and ask why so many commentators were so slow to see through Rudd, too:

At 9.15 am he played a role in drafting the troops resolution at Shadow Cabinet but at 5.00pm at the National Right Meeting after Robert Ray attacked the wording Rudd stood up and disowned it calling it hopeless. No worries, but then he rang me last Sunday to say he objected to McClelland also having the word `Security’ in his title. At first I thought it was some kind of joke, but the crazy bastard was serious: he had a long and absurd argument about the alleged overlap between the two jobs. I suggested he talk to McClelland, hoping to never hear from him again.
By the end of the day, Rudd was threatening to go to the backbench, over a question of semantics. I told him I was willing to accept his resignation and he went away to think about it. The ideal contingency plan was McMullan to Foreign Affairs and then I could save face with Coxie in Finance. Rudd called at about 11 p.m. And backed down, allowing the announcement to go ahead the next day.

Rudd came around to see me yesterday morning, lobbying to be Shadow Treasurer. He went into a long explanation of why he’s so wonderful. When he finished I put my cards on the table: that I regard him as disloyal and unreliable, and he only holds his frontbench position because of his media profile and public standing among people who have never actually met him. I also told him that if the newspaper report was true, he should get ready for the backbench, as there was no way I could give him the Shadow Treasury.
He appeared surprised, protested his innocence and then broke down badly, sobbing over the recent death of his mother, just before polling day. I told him to leave work and go back to Brisbane to rest with his family. But he wouldn’t give up. Even though he was crying, he kept on lobbying to be Shadow Treasurer. It was becoming quite sad. Then he said words that I will never forget: ‘I swear on my mother’s grave that The Australian story is wrong, totally wrong, and that I’ve been loyal to you and will continue to be loyal to your leadership’.
I don’t mind people bullshitting to me in politics, but not like this. Last week he rang around Caucus to gauge the mood after our loss, and told Trish Crossin that my leadership was on notice: I had until the Budget Reply speech next May to prove myself. He’s always bagging me to journalists and that’s not going to change any time soon. I don’t trust him, no matter what he says

Last Monday 23rd November 2009, farmer Peter Spencer started a indefinite Hunger Strike until the terms in his submissions are met.
Peter Spencer on Tuesday 2nd December 2009, moved his hunger strike from his farm house to a wind monitoring mast on his property Saarahnlee were he will stay until his requests are agreed to by PM Kevin Rudd. Local police arrived at the wind mast yesterday Tuesday 2nd December 2009, on a tip off from the Commonwealth Government, that is the only response from PM Kevin Rudd’s office.
Deception, lies and deceit in hand with the denial of Australian citizens Constitutional Rights and basic Human Rights by the Australian Commonwealth Government and all levels of Government has lead to New South Wales farmer Peter Spencer, taking his plea to the streets. Peter has tried every avenue to have his concerns addressed by Government and the Judiciary. Peter has made over 200 appearances in Court at all levels and has been denied a Trial every time. One would wonder how this could happen in Australia.
Peter is requesting that himself and all the farmers who’s property have been stolen by the Commonwealth Government, being 109 million Ha (19% of Australia’s farm land) of farm land locked up to meet its UNFCCC Kyoto Protocol commitments are compensated for on Just Terms, as our Constitutional Right when Government takes Property. That property being 87.5 mega tonne of Carbon and sterilizing 109 million Ha of agricultural land. Peter is requesting a Royal Commission with terms of reference encompassing all Regulatory Takings from Australian farmers and the devastating slaughter of livestock by wild dogs from National Parks.
It is a sad day when a Australian citizen has to go to this extreme to hopefully have his and other effected farmers Constitutional Rights reinstated.
Time was when we gathered at school assembly each Monday morning and began our week. Politicians since time began have planned agenda to method personal nest feathering from this acquired position of power, along with perks that come with job.
Occasionally one will trip – dropping the thirty pieces of silver triggering point scoring reaction from opposition. This then is followed by collogue denial amidst a truly unaccountable network of bureaucratic disguised red tape as accountable control.
One instrument still baffling modern science is the process used to convert smart, sometimes well educated, persons dedicated to represent the people in our suggested democratic parliament. Crossing the threshold to “party pals” within a week, the elected one dismisses constituent concern for “party room pals”. Should ever this cloned puppet decide to represent constituents against party policy, castigation ensues under hailing abuse, personal attack, threats of dismissal, also no future pre-selection to represent the constituents next polling day.

After near 14 years of hell, 75 year old Sydney Dentist John Wilson has been claimed his rights, as an Australian, under the constitution of this nation, to have a criminal matter heard with an impaneled jury of 12 of his peers denied to him, but all citizens, by the judiciary of NSW.
Serving time in prison claiming his Australian rights, loosing his home and dental practice to our so called justice system, this lone voice from within our dictatorship has shown that the power of one can win against oppression.

In May 2009, you will see a this video of a public meeting with the NSW Planning Panel at Ku-ring-gai (Hornsby), NSW Planning Minister Kristina Keneally’s Quango Sham.
1800 residents spent an awful lot of human person hours preparing submissions on the understanding they will be made public, WRONG ! … the elected dictatorship hidden agenda went through despited the massive public outcry you will see on this video.
Note the effort these government people go to removing any cameras from the meeting, but footage was obtained. What are they frightened of… could it be exposure of their people control at all cost getting out?
Do not consider this is isolated to NSW, we live under a national dictatorship no matter which of the two parties are in power.
