Whistleblowers &
Stool-Pigeons at Work

Leaked official internal documents and memos to SOS-NEWS identifies why governments across this Nation will not take aboard the plan we have devised to make rain belt citizens self sufficient in their water supply by government funding of water tanks. Read our plan in recent issues of SOS-NEWS at sosnews.org news archives.

The government is furiously trying to bring about covert legislation to claim indisputable ownership of rain that falls on your roof in a desperate bid to force you pay for what God delivers directly to you for survival.

They claim spuriously, that if a large mass of roofs start collecting rainwater, this will affect the catchments values that would normally run off into coffers of the water barons. They cleverly side step the very prominent fact that if you harvest water from your roof and supply your own premises (free), you actually alleviate the impost on government and cost to government to supply that which you would otherwise have acquired.

This lack of desire by politicians to the people harvest rain water is purely attributed to their (politicians) corporate water masters, demanding of their political puppets ensured profits, that legislated containment be set in place upon all citizens who may consider bypassing their dictatorial desires of greed and controlling ALL water supplies to this Nation Australia and for that matter the rest of the world.

TANK WATER TAX - LEAKED EMAIL

In a leaked email from, National Water Commission chief Ken Matthews says, "Legally, all water in Australia is vested in governments".

"Governments have not yet considered the capture of water from roofs in rainwater tanks the issuing of specific entitlements to use this class of water.

However, if rainwater tanks were to be adopted on a large scale such that their existence impacts significantly on the integrated water cycle, consideration could be given to setting an entitlement regime for this class of water. lf Such a regime already exists for farmers catching rainwater and storing it in dams.

A residential household version could include a licensing arrangement and taxes for those wanting to collect more than a set amount.

A residential household version could include a licensing arrangement and taxes for those wanting to collect more than a set amount.

The commission has confirmed the email was correct, as was the source.

Editorial

Amazing how fast and how far the uncontrolled government media is spreading the word - and they do not like that at all having the people informed without the rubber stamp of dictatorship.

We have a network of publication that proffer all restricted stories from the mains stream fish wrappers that not always are aligned with each other but collectively host interesting information for their readers.

Ray Platt editor of "The Strategy" is one I exchange information with and he published these interesting emails.

Dear Mr. Rudd,

Please find enclosed a letter that I sent to the Prime Minister.

We would be interested to know where the labor Party stands on the issue of Taxation of Water tanks.

Re: Rainwater Tax

Dear Prime Minister,

The following is offered without malevolence or prejudice. I have read with horror your governments plan to tax people with rainwater tanks.

The rain that falls from the sky is not, nor will ever be the chattel of any present or future government. No matter what law you invoke, it is against our Australian Constitution and our inherent rights as free men under the Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights.

You cannot take this away from us unless you want real and prolonged violent internal conflict. National Water Commission chief Ken Matthews and the ‚fool for all seasons, Malcolm Turnbull are advising parliament like ill informed school boy dunces. Do they or you really want to see a bloody revolution in Australia?

Water that falls from the sky is a gift from God and cannot be traded or used to collect taxes from any individual. This is the same with oxygen. When do you plan to place a tax on oxygen?

If you press ahead with this insane tax then I am quite certain that the people of Australia will have finally had enough of your sycophantic lies and the continued sell out, of all of Australia's assets to your masters in the Zionist/Communist/Globalist/Corporate elite.

The talk will be over and the action will be swift. All members of your elected party who vote in favour of this rainwater tax insanity will certainly be targeted.

There will be no place in Australia you or the other traitors in your government will be able to hide. The rats that infest the halls of parliament will be removed.

Why don't you get off your arse and start building dams and reversing river flows instead of "fiddling whilst Rome Burns"?

SUNDAY PROTEST MEETING !

In MASS CITY PROTEST - FAMILY DAY

TIME: 11am Sunday, February 11, 2007

WHERE: Sydney's Hyde Park near Archibald Fountain

'DAY OF RECKONING' FOR STATE GOVERNMENT PLANNING DECISIONS

Community action group, Save Our Suburbs with local community action groups angered at the planning policies of the NSW Government and decisions by Planning Minister, Frank Sartor, will stage a massive combined city protest in February called the 'Day of Reckoning'.

It is time the NSW Government recognised the anger and frustration of citizens who were being ignored in favour of powerful developers and Labor's highly flawed policy on 'urban consolidation'. It's time for this government and Frank Sartor to listen to the people. It's also time that all MPs actually starting backing their community, rather than 'rolling over' for Frank Sartor's destructive vision for our city.

Save Our Suburbs has been actively engaged with other community action groups in planning the 'Day of Reckoning' since before December last year and is confident of a huge turnout for the protest that will start at Hyde Park at 11am on Sunday, February 11, and move to the front steps of Parliament House in Macquarie Street.

Community action groups signed up to the Day of Reckoning include: Coalition Against Private Over Development (CAPO), Aboriginal Housing Company, (AHC)

Alex Avenue Residents Action Group (AARAG), Anti-Transmission Tower Action Group (ATTAG), Cables Downunder, Catherine Hill Bay, Cooma Farmers, Cobar Farmers, Crown Reservoir Action Group, Engadine traffic Group, Friends of Callum Park, Friends of Ku-ring-gai Environment (FOKE), Hands Off Private Property (HOPP), Hunter & Bulga Gas Action Group Inc.(H&BGAG) Keep Our Property Private (KOPP), Land and Asset Protection Group (LAPG), Marsden Park Schedule Lands (MPSL), North-Western Alignment Injustice Lobby (NWAIL) , Northmead Residents Action ,Oatley Residents Against Over Development, Property Rights Association (NSW), Rally Ku-ring-gai, Riverstone Release Area Scheduled Lands (RRASL) , Rouse Hill Heights Action Group (RHHAG), Save Our Suburbs, .Ulladulla & Districts Community Forum, White Bay Joint Steering committee, 5 acres now

We have invited Premier Morris Iemma and Frank Sartor, as well as the Opposition Leader Peter Debnam and Shadow Planning Minister Chris Hartcher, and Greens Sylvia Hale to address the rally. We don't think Mr Iemma or Mr Sartor will take up our invitation.

With an upcoming election, it's time this Government realised they are failing their communities, and this will be reflected in the ballot box.

DSE Bushfire Disaster # ?????? - and More To Follow

The Northern end of the Snowy Mountains is again on fire as you all will no doubt be aware. It will be most obvious to our readers that SOS-NEWS has been relatively quiet on these supposedly lightening ignited infernos and there is a good reason for this. The reason has been, the information available to us, although it is pouring in from our plethora of sources and stoolies within and without the organisations, none of it makes sense and hence we have been unable to put it together in a format that we can understand and believe, let alone report it to you.

Initially there were two fires that were reported as being on the southern side of the Snowy Mountains Highway near the Rules Point intersection with the highway. Rules Point is in fact the junction of the Long Plain Rd and the Snowy Mountain Highway, or in historical terms, the end of the Broken Cart Stock Route where the stock used to be yarded for dispersal and collection at the beginning and end of the summer grazing on Long Plain each year .

These two fires are now spread across the southern end of the Long Plain terrain engulfing both sides of the Tangtangara Dam and appear to be shifting like the wind. Crew reports are disconcerting to say the least.

  • Initially some Crews were left overnight without being fed.
  • Fires were ignited on the edges or close to, tracks with no apparent reason discernable.
  • Radio systems failed to deliver necessary updated information.
  • Back-burns were ordered, started, and then ordering to be extinguished due to being ordered for the wrong place. Not only the wrong place, the fires were already outside the effective area of the ordered back-burn prior to a drip torch being lit and the dozer dropping a blade.
  • Vast tracts of land seemed to be being burnt, well beyond the necessary, which on the surface appeared to be an agenda driven attempt from on high to eradicate Plains Grazing to both Brumby's and potential stock drought relief as there are no longer Native fauna left alive needing to be fed.
  • Reports of Media people attempting to get into the area against the orders from authority to get to the truth they believed was being denied to them, with these media being located and escorted from the area.
  • On one simple fire line, crews were obliged to use three different radio frequencies that were not compatible with each other.
  • Volunteers returning from the fire ground displaying their absolute disgust, but declining to publicly be reported as to the reasons for their disgust due to personal vilification fears.
  • National Parks & Wildlife Service believed to be the Incident Controllers still, even though this was declared a Section 44 fire days ago.
  • Information Staff unable to provide any information with credibility due to failed communication links appears the source of their not knowing almost any concise and accurate details themselves, but doing their best to sound convincing and knowledgeable when questioned.
The Goobarragandra fire has the potential to be catastrophically dramatic to say the least, being hidden from the public's knowledge other than cursory mention. Burning in rocky terrain that is almost untouchable by expedient Dozer work due to the terrain type, to the point that it was reported a Dozer was removed from the area.

This fire is reported as contained, but our sources deny containment, and advise it was just surrounded and no ability to define what this actually infers, other than it is not contained. Official reports no property being threatened. Of course not, it is the massive fuel loaded Goob Wilderness that has to burn first and if it does the potential is catastrophe of the 2003 era all over again.

RAFT teams (Remote Area Fire-Fighting Teams) being flown in from Canberra as we speak, to address this fire that essentially doesn't exist on the public radar.

Making sense of the above so as to be able to report clearly what is really the truth, has become almost impossible at this point. Our feelings are that although the 2003 fires not only provided experience, expertise, understanding, ability to co-ordinate and attack, the reality is that it has also taught those with an agenda how to attain results from within like a fifth column army and yet seem to be doing all that is right. There appears to be more subterfuge and secrecy around these fires than there was re the Iraq war desert storm. WHY?

  • We know that there is one of the most experienced aerial fire fighting companies with aircraft sitting on the ground because Koperberg couldn't handle a person that constantly proved him wrong and has grounded his operation service to the RFS (This enthralling story will be revealed next week).
  • We know that the Barnett Rd, Boundary Rd, Bramina Rd and Broken Cart Stock Route has recently been seriously worked on to actually be fire trails.
  • We believe this work was carried out very quietly, with no fan fare to the public being conducted by the NPWS and we also believe they used section 44 money paid to them to do so.
  • We know that the NPWS refuse - from Debus, Corbyn & Fleming down - to allow drought relief stock grazing in our National Parks. We also know these same people with their radical Green cabal, wish to destroy all the Brumbies they can and this is not to turn them to glue, but shoot or poison them.
  • We fear that the controlled burning which is taking place in the Tangtangara area is in fact a covert method of burning off as much of the Long Plain grazing as possible, thereby surreptitiously giving the NPWS and Radical Greens another reason to deny gazing drought relief and management processes as well as another reason to cull Brumby's. We know that Debnam has to come out loud and publicly to fortify his government's stance re the MOU Memorandum of Understanding that they have signed and quell people's fears of these mongrels that lurk in the backgrounds of our bureaucracies once and for all.
When we are really able to make some sense of all this we will keep you all informed, but until we are able, as far as we are concerned the devious bastards are hard at it once again.

Lastly, the Cause & Origin, the weather pattern and the terrain and fuel loads, thereby the potential, are almost exactly as we faced on the 7th January 2003. A must read of the entire Coronial report by the Australian of the year, ACT Coroner Maria Doogan, will give you all some insight into the potential environmental disaster and human errors that we are again possibly facing.

Letter To The Editor

Greetings Mal,
Great work in the battle for common sense in the bush fire fiasco.

Comment.

Ron Ettery is spot on with his view of the prevailing insanity.

Insanity (It is not only insane to mess with fire while inexperienced but bloody dangerous) at all levels of government is now institutionalised brought about, and unfortunately not recognised as a result of being "without experience" and as a result taking advice from others also without experience, but with a university education. Academic theory should compliment the hands-on experience not replace it, but then if you have no actual hands-on experience how then would you know this, how, - by the use of common sense, but then again without experience one's common sense may not develop.

I am not so sure about the need for study agitated by David Packham. Anybody that has had some experience with bush fire fighting will have done the study "hands on" many times over.

If we need to study anything we need to study "how to first reduce the incidence of bushfire" and how to limit the possibility of a wild fire developing, but these two necessities are about prevention study not fire study. If ones home or person is burnt to a cinder it does not help much to know how hot the fire was.

Seems to me that

  1. The best access possible to bush/forest areas is imperative.
  2. Perimeter, well maintained firebreaks to bush/forest and grasslands.
  3. Well maintained Fire trails (including perimeters) 25 meters wide with a 25 meter cleared and maintained area to both sides of the trail at regular intervals crisscrossing bush/forest/grassland.
  4. Water storage for fire purposes (deep dams throughout bush and forest areas)
  5. Regular burn off of potential fuel and a big hole in each area in which to bury anybody who says otherwise along with the politicians who fail to make all of the above five requirements reality.
While all of the above are under construction we can ask a few successful hands on fire fighters how to go about fighting a fire.

Most of us know fires burn extremely well when floor fuel is in abundance, and when the weather hot with low to near nil humidity and that fires create their own draft (wind) and burn up hill quicker than down hill and that they get unbearably hot and that man cannot stop them by fighting them, stopping them involves outsmarting them in one or all five of the ways listed above.

Regards,
Joe Bryant.

G’DAY TIM,

WATER AND OUR CONSTITUTION

AS WE KNOW, THE COMMONWEALTH GOVERNMENT WANTS TO HANDLE THE WATER MATTER THROUGHOUT AUSTRALIA BUT, ONCE AGAIN, ARE TRYING TO CIRCUMVENT OUR CONSTITUTION, THEREFORE, ACTING ILLEGALLY.

THEY NEED TO ASK THE PEOPLE, VIA REFERENDUM, AS STATED IN CHAPTER 8 SECTION 128 OF THE CONSTITUTION, HEADED ALTERATION OF THE CONSTITUTION”.

ALSO, GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE AWARE OF CHAPTER 4 SECTION 100, HEADED NOR ABRIDGE RIGHT TO USE WATER.

WHY DO WE PROMOTE INCOMPETANTS TO HIGH OFFICE?

Will We Get The "GOOD OIL"

The last attempt to foist an ID Card on the Austrakian people was during Bob Hawke's era.

Dr Neil Blewett was the Minister in charge of the operation. I remember an interview he had with Alan Jones, who cut him to pieces!

We played a tape of the interview to a meeting of 1,000 people in Toowoomba, protesting against the ID Card.

This was part of a nation-wide protest which forced Bob Hawke's regime to duck for cover and abandon the project.

The man who sparked the national campaign against the ID Card was Peter Garrett, of the rock-band "Midnight Oil".

He is now a Shadow Minister in Kevin Rudd's ALP. Will he speak out again? Or has "polliemyeyetis" struck him down?

Are Australians now so battered that they can no longer say "NO"?

Paying Politicians Opens the Door to Riff-raff

Coutesy of The Strategy newspaper

29 DECEMBER 1870
Mr W. Degraves

Some Queensland members of Parliament, the representatives for Claremont and Rockhampton, have actually been paid money, but today Victoria created history. Parliament passed a Bill that will give members of the Upper and the Lower House £300 a year.

Agitation for payment for members has been going on since 1859. The Legislative Council rejected the Bill in 1861, 1865, 1867 and 1869. The terrible fear has been that if you pay people to sit in Parliament you will get the crudest, most dreadful, type of riff-raff, creatures concerned only about money.

The Hon. W. Degraves said in the Council: If we had payment for members, I have no doubt we should have political loafers introduced in large numbers, and that they would keep the country in a state of uproar from one year's end to another and I think it is a downright attempt to loot the Treasury. It is a disgrace to the country. If I found any man voting for a measure like this I would not take his bill for five and twenty pounds.

Mr G.P. Smith said in the Assembly, look what would happen if you gave politicians the enormous sum of 300 pounds a year. "I believe it would have the effect of creating a class of professional politicians. Of all classes of men, I believe that the most despicable is a class of professional politicians Š a class of men who trade on politics, and live by politics".

Mr Henry Wrixon, often called ‚Righteous Wrixon, said ‚ "Give money to politicians and you get the poor and meansless, who have not succeeded in prosecuting any business successfully Melbourne Punch says contemptuously that MLA are the letters members of Parliament are entitled to put after their names. It means Multus Loquens Asinus. (interpretation by our volunteers is MULTUS = Multiple, LOQUENS= Imperial Cult ,ASINUS = professorial Chairs).

Man From Snowy River Stands Firm

IT's been officially confirmed. Bundarrah Days is on the required reading list for the powers that be at Parks Victoria and DSE.

We hope they're finding it informative. Obviously we're not presenting a teaching manual here but this is the place, as I told my informant from Parks Vic this morning, from whence we issue our 'propaganda' - meaning our honest counter information to the lies and spin type propaganda distributed by the other side.

We're hopeful that even Bracksy and Thwacksy look in occasionally.......afternoon fellers. How's the restoration work in the Alpine National Park coming along? We trust it's proceeding to plan - you want it looking good in time for the next scheduled conflagration.

You two blokes ought to book a seat for the next spy flight over The Bogongs looking for cattle. If you spot any ours are the ones branded TM with a slice off the left ear and a cup off the right.

While you're up and about look closely at the country, notice how the GRAZED areas are relatively unscathed by fire in comparison to the rest.

Make note of that and the flight won't have been a complete waste of time.

Greenie Controlled Polls - Yet Again

A poll on the morning television show Sunrise, showing 86 per cent of respondents agreed 'greenhouse gases' were causing climate change was flawed from the start, according to a national environmental group.

Only 14 per cent of viewers believed 'greenhouse gases' were not connected to climate change. This result did not reflect the feelings of the majority of rural and regional Australia, Association for Protection of Rural Australia spokesman Bill Benstead said yesterday.

Environmental groups such as the Australian Conservation Foundation, Greenpeace and the Wilderness Society have "extremist and alarmist leaders" preying on a membership comprising mainly city dwellers who have little understanding of the effects of climate, when compared to farmers whose life depends on the weather, Mr Benstead said.

"Unfortunately there is little science attached to the so-called greenhouse effect, other than models developed in laboratories."

The Sunrise poll, asking if greenhouse gases caused climate change, was a "loaded" question, because greenhouse gases were the product of laboratory tests.

"It begs the question: what are the scientists and greenies going to do about nature's most potent force, active volcanoes?" Mr Benstead asked.

There are some 59 active volcanoes scattered across the earth, spewing out billions of tonnes of 'greenhouse' type gases each year.

"These volcanoes emit billions of tonnes of gases annually, mostly harmful to life.

"Gases like carbon dioxide, sulphur dioxide, hydrogen sulphide, nitrogen, argon, helium, neon, carbon monoxide, methane and hydrogen plus water vapors are also the product of nature". Other exotic trace compounds emitted are methyl mercury and halocarbons including the dreaded CFC's, claimed to be responsible for destroying the ozone layer.

The result of this type of emotive polling is unfortunately, unrepresentative of rural and regional Australia.

Pollsters need to realise these environmental groups are well-heeled, organised and can manipulate figures by multiple- texting or emailing their large membership who immediately respond to the poll.

Regional area potential respondents normally would be out and about working long before the Sunrise poll.

"Most rural dwellers agree however there is a cyclical change in the climate, which over centuries has proven to be a natural occurrence," Mr Benstead concluded.
