Victorian Minister for Environment John TWIT-er Thwaites is dealing with farmers
concerns on public land management by hiring scab labor to muster, impound and sell stockman's livestock found in Public Lands.
Those livestock that are not being eaten and chased around by the packs of dogs running drought affected stock through fences, off meagre pasture and contaminated
water supplies.
As if burning down farming families dog fences, farms, pasture, livestock, homes, hay sheds, water supplies is not enough, ignoring more requests for funds for aerial baiting or dog trappers to now duff, impound and sell fire and drought affected farmers surviving stock is a low despicable act Mr Thwaites.
Gorilla warfare to patch up Melbourne water by a land grab and payback for a few in house votes to the gang green.
Melbourne water is in crisis because of the scrub build up in the water catchments and the fumes blowing off the dirty coal fired power stations stuffing up the rain clouds.
Cleaning up the smoke stacks - put in a good city transport system would be more helpful than vilifying a few farming families TWIT-er.

Intelligence agency refuses to release climate change studies The Office of National Assessments (ONA) says it has done several studies on climate change but to release them to the public would result in "dumbing" them down.
The ONA is an intelligence agency which reports directly to the Prime Minister and advises on international political, strategic and economic issues.
ONA director-general Peter Varghese has told a Senate hearing that in the past six months, five reports have been written on climate change - including one over-arching national assessment.
Mr Varghese says the reports focus on the international politics of climate change, but they cannot be released to the public.
"My very strong view is that for an organisation like ONA, to produce public versions of their assessments is the surest way of dumbing down our work," he said.
But the Greens have slammed the government agency for not publicly releasing its research.
Greens leader Bob Brown is appalled by Mr Varghese's comments.
"It is a very arrogant view and it's obviously coming from the Government," he said.
Senator Brown says all five reports should be made public immediately.
Federal Environment Minister Malcolm Turnbull says it would not be appropriate to make the reports public.
"Their reports, like reports of any intelligence agency, are provided on a highly confidential basis to the Government," he said.
"So that would be the reason I would imagine why they're not being published."

Environment Ministers meeting in Cairns agreed to consult their communities on the possibility of recommending for World Heritage listing a stretch of east-coast high country extending from the Victorian Alps to the Atherton Tablelands in tropical north Queensland.
ACT Minister for the Environment, Water and Climate Change, also part time premier, Jon Stanhope, said the stretch in question would take in Namadgi National Park, which makes up roughly half of the land area of the ACT.
SOS-NEWS will as from today be assisting the World Heritage people with detailed information on these high country lands and just how legislation, loaded with radical green manipulation, has moved national heritage public lands from well-kept prestige property to a virtual waist land in just a decade.
Our well established international operatives have access to the true story concerning these burnt offerings which are wildlife and flora free displaying to the world our inefficient governments sanctioned myth-management that DSE and National Parks have used to decimate the peoples property.

Snowy Hydro Saved 12 Months Ago
We are one year on since the dictators of our Federal, NSW and Victorian governments attempted to conduct a "Fire Sale" or our Snowy Hydro System.
It was people power that halted Iemma, and Dela Bosca, who represented the NSW major share holder - who also set in place marketing ploys and agenda driven handshakes to their corporate masters with Bracks and Howard running a close second.
We never did find out what they spent on marketing material and those long lunches as they pre-empted their clandestine sale success that was whisked out from under them by you the people.
We turned the tide, and SOS-NEWS subscribers can be proud that you were a major player in stopping the selling of your property without asking you first..
Behind the scene was a network of contributors who hosted damning evidence and material exposure that more than assisted the end result.
The major few of many were Noeline Franklin, scientist and farmer on the Snowy, Max Talbot, who tendered the inside information being one of the senior executives involved with the forward planning and operations of Snowy Hydro for many years, and let us not forget the stool pigeons within the halls of power who kept the flow of information running to our news room and you the people for your support.
Complacent we cannot be.
To drop the guard will see these leaches in power reappear as their deplorable running of this country collapses into bankruptcy.
We can hear the death throws from the Snowy Hydro as water become extremely scarce each day and whispers of shutting down floodgates emerge as reality daily.

SNOWY HYDRO - THE SAGA CONTINUES
When the Australian Government sold off Telstra (T2) Australian investors and the much-touted Mum and Dad shareholders lost money.
The failed attempt to flog off another national icon, Qantas, resulted in the resignation of high profile CEO Margaret Jackson.
It is interesting to note that one year on from the aborted attempt to flog off the iconic Snowy Scheme, CEO Terry Charlton, is still bombarding our local media, along with various organizations, spouting the same old rhetoric about a need to raise capital and privatise.
In this time of global warming, climate change and drought, it makes keeping our water in public hands all the more vital.
Who is pushing this agenda?
Is it Terry Charlton or the shareholder Governments?
If the former, then why aren't the Shareholder Governments pulling him in to line?
Eighty-Two Billion dollars ($82 Billion) of our public assets sold off in the last twenty years - here will it end?
Put the people first. Put it to a referendum at our next Federal Election and let the Australian Public's tax dollar that paid to build the scheme - decide.
Let's lay this matter to rest once and for all.
When the "No Sale" vote comes in, as it will, if a referendum is held, I sincerely hope Terry Charlton does the honourable thing and follows Margaret Jackson's lead…Terry, it's time to go!

On the NSW south coast last week a remarkable victory was won by sheer people power against a radical greens organisation names Long Beach Area Improvement Group.
They were brought crashing back to earth with a large dose of democratic reality.
These self appointed custodians of our environment (numbering around twelve in total) had been granted Federal Government funds to restore and maintain sand dunes, which are 600 mm only in height and run for about 1 kilometer being the length of Long Beach near Batemans Bay.
After approximately three years of holding on to this funding (amount not known) they made their move under the guise of community sanction obtaining the Eurobodalla Shire Council's approval to erect on the recreational land foreshore at Long Beach, fencing and then conduct tree planting.
This radical green group even lied to suggest that they were replacing trees that were located there decades previously.
Community suspicion mounted as people took out the old family photo albums that dated back over 100 years and not a tree to be seen.
As anger mounted, council did a back flip when facts and irrefutable evidence was presented about this mob of blatant liars pushing their self generated agenda they had implemented on the beach front landscape with federal funding. This was done without consulting any of the people who reside in the area, outside this gang green group, for what they called an environmental project.
Their intention was to fill the whole recreational area with more fencing and tree planting as pictured.
But they forgot one thing, there are still some people out there, and growing daily, who are prepared to stand up to be counted against the radical green movement.
April 21st 2007 meeting was called by concerned residence and it was 181 people voted it was not done with community consultation and the 12 Radicals representing the green movement at Long Beach, all spat the dummy and resigned and now the community has taken over the LBAIG with a meeting planned soon to install new administrators.
It was amazing to here the green's squealing like stuck pigs on local radio, but their back door tactics have thankfully woken the sleeper's who now are swelling the ranks of the NSW South Coast community working parties..
Eurobadella Mayor Neil Mummy, on ABC south east radio last Wednesday morning castigated the greens for assuming they represented the community and singling out
Mark Fleming, president of Coast Watchers, a Radical Green Group, (this mob will need watching over the pending Marine Park opening on 1st July) and commented that he knows nothing of what he is talking about,. This was after Fleming had verbalised the halting and demise of the LBAIG greenie 12 member strong hold at Long Beach on the same network ABC radio.
Our Rural Radical Green Watch south coast people have the evidence, photos, names and addresses for future litigation reference.
Noticeable are the cracks appearing in the greens flamboyant arrogance as we see the radicals shouting louder which once was a weapon and today being ignored.
As we move forward loading our databases, video and still cameras gather evidence, the personal assets come into play which these nose led greenies
had not counted on to back their actions
What comes to mind readers is just what action the Federal Pollies will take over the funding for the dunes being used to plant trees on a pack of lies. Both sides of the house in Canberra have subscribers to SOS-NEWS, and that is not counting the spin-doctors and minders who read to those that need help with words.

The area was about five kilometres to the west of the junction of the road that comes up from the Thomson Dam wall
The day before there had been a press release from The Nationals urging the Bracks regime to speed up the laying of gas pipelines to country towns because the only alternatives are expensive bottled gas and firewood.
As there are huge restrictions on the collection of firewood in Victoria, how do Messer's Bracks and Thwaites justify the gallons of diesel that had to be used to get this mainly green timber to burn?
What would the value have been if firewood contractors tendered to remove the green timber for maturing and sale next year?
What about the carbon emissions ?
Not to mention those greenie required, left on the ground timber for habitat's, (not the billiard table surface left by the DSE) - then we forgot there refusal to do serious hazard reduction destroyed most of the fauna who would need homes.
If Premier Bracks & Environment Minister Thwaites can scientifically justify all the native flora and fauna subjected to this scorched earth policy what hope if there for the return of a pristine environment?
Could the TWIT-er Thwaites indicate when he will be despatching DSE to clean up 2003 dead tree mess around the township of Chiltern?
Maybe donate that firewood (which is all that it is), to our senior citizens for their cooking and heating instead of heaping and burning?
Maybe the $9 firewood fee for pensioners in Victoria could also be waived?

So the truth slowly leaks to us, the masters of the public servants of this state of NSW, or leaders of righteousness and propriety are under a microscope from our politicians with the slides being looked at are reported as being toxic and on the nose, if the terms used as "incompetent and corrupt leadership" are anything to go by.
An examination of the Retz report in detail has Liberal MP Charlie Lynn disturbed to say the least.
A story by Neil Mercer on page 2 of the Sunday Telegraph, June the 2nd, has the most concerning content that we have seen reported in this State for some years and is a must read, but for those of you unable to get a copy of the Tele, the following excerpts from Neil's story will have your undivided attention.
The report could be examined only under extraordinary conditions.
It, and "some 30,000 pages of unindexed documents", had been placed in "a secure room" within Parliament, with access granted to MPs only.
Because it had been made available to Parliament "under privilege", MPs were not allowed to tell the public what the report contained.
MR Lynn told Parliament that although he could not discuss details, the report revealed "a systemic failure of leadership practices in NSW Police".
"The material I have reviewed reveals a disturbing insight into incompetence, and corrupt leadership and management practices at the highest levels of NSW Police.
"THE REPORT I HAVE EXAMINED IS SO DAMAGING THAT ITS RELEASE WOULD UNDERMINE PUBLIC CONFIDENCE IN THE POLICE HIERACHY.
The boys and girls on the street in their blue uniform do not appear to play any part in this fiasco, other than to be the poor sods that have to accept the abuse and disdain of the general public, whilst having to perform under both ridiculous legislative constraints and now it appears - that their concerns often conveyed to us all via talk back radio - that is poor leadership decisions - are now being identified as permeating right to the very top of their once proud service.
When our very own politicians are calling for a Royal Commission into the senior command of the NSW Police Service, this State has a serious problem indeed.
A problem critical to the well being of this State and its citizens, that we the people need not only to demand to see this report, but if the scum that are keeping it hidden, do not release it publicly, then this state needs to march as one upon the parliament and remove the subject report.
These people are public servants in our employ, yet they act both autonomously and belligerently towards us.
We the people need to change this and as our political system is letting us all down badly, it is time for a big change, where our boots leave an ever lasting imprint on the backsides of any bureaucrat that fails to serve as opposed to dictating.
If we don't act, the future is a dictatorship worse than anything Adolf Hitler aspired to.
Wake up Australia, this report is a clear warning to us all.

Carbon Traders Ready To Pounce
Simple question that is never answered. Why is CO2 measured in 'tonnes' when
every other free gas is measured in M3?

One firm is reported to have a team of 50 working in areas of the 'Carbon
Market' that does not yet exist. But it will exist, and it will be very
lucrative. But as with all markets that deal exclusively in money, such as
Futures trading, there must be winners and losers.
The winners are going to be those who do the dealing, and the losers will
be the rest of us who will pay more for energy, whether that be
electricity, gas or petrol.
