The people are rising to be seen and counted realising that their elected governments have now overstepped the line.
The SHEEPLE still remain as the umbilical cord, keeping the "Two Party" system alive to dictate policies rarely if ever discussed with their masters - you the people!
Growing internet news and fact finding services we now see opening up, since SOS-NEWS started the ball rolling three years ago, is a major threat to their future survival. As the awakening of the masses is slowly severing the cord, as their media control they have enjoyed for decades is slipping from their grip.
The Chop Chop civil disobedience implemented to start next week by farmers who have crossed that threshold of apathy, have watched their land become government controlled under unworkable legislation demanded implemented by radical green architects who hold the balance of power with preference votes. Politician self-preservation drives legislation of ridiculous laws that are proving the downfall of our food chain production and the whole rural industries.
Be very careful out there in government land for this is only the start of unrest you have unleashed if you choose to continue acting as dictators in lieu of mediator public servant representatives of the people.

Today test flights with SNOOP76667, (the SOS-NEWS remote controlled aircraft) has been fitted with floats that have proven very successful on still water, waves are a problem but the target operation will not involve waves.
For water sampling by a tiny 12-volt pump and miniature sampling tanks fitted into one of the floats it returned from NSW Mid North Coastal private properties dams the required water samples.
With its glow plug engine and silent electric unit, plus distance glide capabilities, we have a clandestine operation for old snoop to conduct over water that needs to be tested by a scientist not a Spin Doctor.
Now where could that be I wonder…

All this being sanctioned by the greenies who proffer lies and constructed evidence that these heritage horses are destroying the land.
Now they are at it again, running submissions and spin programs they claim are involving the public and horse riding people who state they are not consulted to this loaded submission process.

Peter Spencer with Prof Higgins
I have been asked to comment on a matter involving Peter J Spencer v The Attorney Generals of the ACT, NSW and the Commonwealth of Australia.
This matter was brought by Mr Spencer because of the very substantial reduction in the value of his large rural property near Cooma, on the hearing date
19th March 2007. Unfortunately before Mr Spencer could present his case, the Lawyers for the defendants sought to have proceedings struck out.
The presiding Judge decided to listen without giving the plaintiff an opportunity to present his case. As a result none of the substance of Mr Spencer’s case was heard.
The Judge reserved his decision and gave a judgement on the 4th April 2007. This decision did not deal with any matter except whether or not Mr Spencer had the right to proceed.
The court held that the cases against the Commonwealth and New South Wales could not possible succeed and the case against the ACT could in the future proceed, but subject to considerable amendment by the plaintiff.
This was adjourned until late August. The very unfortunate aspect of this matter is that Mr Spencer was given no opportunity to present any aspect of his various claims against the defendant authorities.
He has recently been receiving a great deal of encouragement and support from the Commonwealth Property Protection Association as well as other associations and Landowners. I was recently approached by Mr Spencer, his supporters, and other rural dwellers.
In considering the judgement I have reached the clear conclusion that it was misconceived as to the facts and the law. Indeed there was no real consideration of the facts and the law concerned in the judgement it was minimal and did not deal with any of the fundamental legal matters. Consequently I have advised Mr Spencer he has reasonable grounds for an appeal.
As to the appeal there will obviously be arguments over the facts but there will certainly be detailed legal argument. I am at the moment preparing detailed preliminary submissions in relation to the case. The matter is of such fundamental importance, particularly for rural dwellers and others that it is likely to go to the very highest courts.
In addition this kind of matter would be immensely suitable to a full hearing with a civil trial by jury. For hundreds of years common law (judges decisions) have been a major part of our law. Statute law provided by Parliament, like common law is applied and interpreted by judges. This provides safe guards when there may be unscrupulous politicians.
It is quiet clear that taking into account the whole of the pleadings both in fact and in law, provides ample and sufficient cause of action. Because of the inroads by current administrations there are many people who feel both marginalized and have lost all faith in their political representatives. This is all to do with the fundamental rights provided by fee simple.
Finally, the Commonwealth Parliament is the ultimate voice of the Australian People. State legislature must respect that.

"Chop a Tree Day"
Important announcement to all land owners.
Metaphorically speaking, the "Chop a Tree Day" delivers a sharp response directly to Governments who usurp their Constitutional limited authority.
Over recent times, the politically expedient have treacherously Tampa-d with the inherent and Constitutionally settled principles surrounding Crown LANDRIGHTS and have tossed overboard, the most basic and fundamental historical freehold land use known to civilised law.
Currently, the Commonwealth Property Protection Association has four cases before jurisdiction in the New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Supreme and Federal Courts, where overall, Government defendants have, on each legitimate appeal, perpetually moved "to strike out" - [that the argument not be heard] no less than twenty times.
In metaphorically "Chopping a Tree" what the CPPA is drawing attention to is, that clearly, the all powerful, tyrannical Governments have abused and misrepresented the Freehold System and appear equally determined to deny the common people the due process of providing them their day in COURT.
If the apparent influence of contemporary governing tyranny is such, that the common people cannot be heard in the civilised area of the Court, then metaphorically speaking, we must reclaim our land rights from the fascist dictators and "chop" out all repugnant legislation, which now overrides the lawful Grown-registered approval constitutionally intended to remain with whoever holds the deeds.
Unless freehold law is reclaimed the civilised society as we know it will disappear.
Land rights belong to the people with the Private investment. Freehold is the greatest generator of wealth known to man. We need more freehold land then 14% - not less.
Join this struggle against those who are trying to have freehold rights abolished see the papers produce by the Australia Institute - say no to this loss of your inherited rights.
Freehold land has an 800 year old tradition, Freehold Crown system is the oldest land right law known in history, stand up and protect this fundamental part of our civilised society - demand more freehold land not less. Stop the States attempt to usurp our land.

The primary, unrestricted, none - discretionary Agricultural use of any Freehold ( as the singular parcel of Land is defined in the Real Property Act and transferred through conveyance to the Landowner ) is consistently identified in all Local Government Rural Zonings for Rate and Taxing purposes.

implementation of their agendas running against the peoples voice.
Only three years and nine months to go with this green driven government treating their masters, who elected them into office, with total contempt daily.
Consider that $1.6 Billion directed into tank water to every home in the whole of NSW would leave enough money over to hold a
public party that would celebrate a first for government who overcame their self preservation agendas and superannuating guarding by

Then we must understand that work on the construction of the desalination plant cannot be commenced until the rain stops under union rules - - - remember?
It is reported that Maurice Iemma has never experienced life outside the family domestic castle until 35 years old, and never held a real job outside politics. Nice to see such experience

Shit Creek Paddle Shop Opening Soon
Well a decision has been made that our famous 'Shit Creek Paddle Store" will be opening an online shopping store.
Working over the past 12 months on projects suck a Broken Cart Movie, exposure video units on corruption, etc, plus a garage full of collected goodies surplus to requirement, has prompted this move.
Needing funds to support SOS-NEWS we hope our store will be not only unique but offer some great products and gifts and gadgets along with humour items.
We will also be opening the Farmers Markets inside the store where people can list items for sale and deal direct with customers.

Further when evidence was produced that trees never existed for the past 100 years on the recreational area of the beachfront. Then council removed the planted trees (Federal government funded)
when the radical green lies were revealed, so we now await the ramifications that should bestow these typical radical greens concerning taxpayer dollars.
A Federal investigation proceeding need to be set in place to establish just how, why, and who authorised the grant - along with the interesting application form
details that secured this grant.
Digging deep finds this is far from an isolated incident of green funding from taxpayer coffers for their agenda driven porjects.

firstly let me introduce myself. My name is John (Jack) Tait and I am president of CRA (Coastal Rights Association) based on the South Coast at Batemans Bay.
From day one of the Batemans Marine Park we have been told that all property owners who's land meets the marine park will be consulted with, this has not happened. One in particular who specifically purchased his property as he hand makes lures and sells the finished product?
This person has made contact with Geoff Kelly in regards to his situation, he received back from Mr Kelly a reply that did not address one point that he had raised with him, other landholders have contacted me on this matter.

CONSTITUTIONAL VANDALISM UNDER GREEN COVER A paper by Professor Suri Ratnapala
PART 1
Australia is called the Lucky Country, but luck has played only a small part in the country's success. The conversion of resources into wealth requires capital, technology, enterprise and hard work. People do not invest in wealth creating activity when the risks are too high and the returns too low. Risks increase when the law is unpredictable and property rights are insecure.
The success of Australia's primary industry sector owes much to the relative stability of property rights and contractual certainty secured by what the great Scottish philosopher David Hume called the "three fundamental laws concerning the stability of possessions, translation by consent and the performance of promises".1 These laws are maintained by the strength of the Constitution and the eternal vigilance of the people.
This essay discusses a new threat to constitutional government and property rights in Australia that has arisen out of what is in principle a worthy and necessary program in public policy, namely environmental protection. The threat arises not from the aim itself, but from the flawed processes by which environmental policies and laws are determined and implemented. These processes not only subvert constitutional principles but also admit bad science.
It is impossible to survey within a brief essay the complex and ever growing environmental regulatory regime in Australia. Hence I will focus my attention on one piece of legislation that typifies all that is wrong and dangerous about recent trends in environmental protection law in this country. The legislation I examine is Queensland's Vegetation Management Act 1999 (VMA) which applies to all freehold and non-freehold lands in Queensland. This law reflects a regulatory model that is becoming the standard in Australia.
In searching for an illustrative case of a statute that comprehensively defeats the values of constitutional government, in particular the rule of law, democratic principle and the basic requirements of natural justice, one need look no further than this Act.
I will consider the constitutionality of some aspects of this legislation and the prospects for a successful challenge to its provisions.
Before I discuss the impact of this Act on constitutional government, it is necessary to make some explanatory observations about this form of government and its vulnerabilities.

With the NSW Premier Iemma recently stating that a staggering 7% reduction of crime in Newcastle was a triumph and the newly selected Commissioner of Police to take office was quoted saying that - "Zero Tolerance" was not an option - as we see New York ( on zero tolerance to crime) is now heaps safer that any Australian capital city.
So this means, we of the lucky country must still remain locked indoors at night as the hooligans and thugs are allowed to maintain their decades of ruling the streets and neighbourhoods.

Lauren was19 yrs old and in university. This story takes place over the Christmas/New Year's holiday break.
It was the Saturday before New Year's and it was about 1pm in the afternoon, and Lauren was driving to visit a friend.
An UNMARKED police car pulled up behind her and put his lights on.
Lauren's parents have 4 children (high school and university age) and have always told them never to pull over for an unmarked car on the side of the road, but rather wait until they get to a petrol station, etc.
So Lauren had actually listened to her parents' advice, and promptly phoned the number 112 on her mobile phone to tell the police dispatcher that she would not pull over right away. She proceeded to tell the dispatcher that there was an unmarked police car with a flashing red light on his rooftop behind her.
The dispatcher checked to see if there was a police car where she was, and there wasn't, and he told her to keep driving, remain calm and that he had back-up already on the way.
Ten minutes later 4 cop cars surrounded her and the unmarked car behind her. One policeman went to her side and the others surrounded the car behind. They pulled the guy from the car and tackled him to the ground.........the man was a convicted rapist and wanted for other crimes. I never knew that bit of advice, but especially for a woman alone in a car, you should not pull over for an unmarked car. Apparently police have to respect your right to keep going to a "safe" place. You obviously need to make some signals that you acknowledge them i.e., put on your hazard lights, or call No. 112 like Lauren did. Too bad the mobile phone companies don't give you this little bit of wonderful information.

Where is PETA? Are they not supposed to be fanatical about cruelty to animals? I wonder if they have made a submission to save these horses.
These horses are part of our heritage and should be saved. The numbers could be reduced by trapping and training. Some of the brumby an were finely bred animals that escaped in the early years of our colony.
