The Federal Court Registry in the Australian Capital Territory is located on the ground and first floors of the southern wing of the Commonwealth Law Courts building at the corner of Childers Street and University Avenue, Canberra City. The building is shared with the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia.
The public enquiry counter is located on the first floor, and courtrooms 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor and courtroom 5 is located on the first floor in the Family Court wing. The notice board on the wall opposite the Registry counter shows details of the cases, which will be heard by the Court each day. Notice boards near the entrance to each courtroom show similar information.

Who in their right mind in this world would demand of fishermen, in this case Western Australian Cray Fishermen, that they return all finned fish caught accidentally in their Cray traps back to the ocean. Especially, as most of this by-catch is dead, or will certainly die.
Who and what is this ridiculous legislation protecting? Certainly not the by-catch fish that are going to be wasted needlessly.
To threaten the WA Cray Fishermen with major fines for having finned fish onboard and on the second offence, threatened with the revocation of their licence, is pure dictatorial bastardry.
It may well be one thing to catch these Cray Fishermen intentionally fishing for finned fish against their licence rights, but this unintentional by-catch is another thing altogether and should reach the Australian market and dinner table as all commercial fishing is intended for.
Come on WA citizens, stand beside your hard working Cray Fishermen and demand that this incompetence displayed by bloody bureaucrats who obviously have no understanding of the realities of life, is changed to reflect common sense and effective use of this commercial, but accidental by-catch.
Death Knell or call to Unite?
Aussie Farmers, take a leaf out of the Japanese farming communities book and get active state wise and nationally. Yes they are protesting against Australian/Japanese Free Trade intentions and movements, but it is not the reason they are doing it that is a lesson, it is the fact they are dedicated enough to stand pro-actively as a cohesive group against that which they see threatens their livelihood.
In Australia the threat is Green driven, vote catching, politics, that are the dreaded threat towards your very existence. Carbon Credit disenfranchisement, National Park manufacturing, feral animal control, water removal from your fee & simple land title, tariff removal of imported products destroying home grown industries and jobs.
Environmentalism is an issue that has always been an issue and one that you as responsible farmers are only too well aware of, but when radical environmentalism destroys, or threatens to destroy your very lives, you all need to emulate the Japanese and say enough is enough.
When is your land your own?
In the eyes of present day governments, major corporations, investment banks and radical green organisations, that will be NEVER.
Well our constitution says differently and next Thursday the 21st of June, Peter Spencer (pictured) is taking the battle to the Federal Court in the ACT to fight, not just for and on his behalf, but for all of you. Even for those that are failing to accept the threat publicly, but rather just accept by acquiescence the dictatorial power control of their very existence.
Peter Spencer is the benchmark case that has placed the government on hold concerning carbon trading pending the outcome.
Hire a bus, get on your tractor, drive in your car, but get behind Peter with your presence and rally outside the Federal ACT Court on Thursday morning and show the politicians enough is enough. Remember 1985 and the march on parliament house by the framing community. Remember the millions that were collected via donation for a national farming fighting fund. Well you were all duded shortly there after, why?
If this nation is forced to run down the money for jam financial scam of Carbon Credit trading, then it is you the farmers that need to be recognised for your efforts. It is by the governments own department on climate that they admit that the entire reduction in green house gasses achieved by Australia since Kyoto, has been achieved by the rural sector alone, yet you all are being denied any piece of the financial pie.
The reason is, that if the trading scheme were honest and applied in a real and effective sense, then you the farmers would be the biggest financial winners in this nation and would effectively retain the massive financial gains that the current players intend to steal from you with crooked biased legislation. Yes you the farmer would have funds awash and be able to do all that needs to be done to meet all your rural and environmental obligations and not just borrow loan upon loan to satisfy the bank's strangle-hold presently about your neck.
For the Minister to state that it is not practical to include farmers in the scheme at this point due to not being able to assess the actual carbon effect the rural sector delivers -positive or negative - is total garbage. This is clearly having their cake and eating it too.
If the Governments climate department clearly identifies that the rural sector are the carbon emissions saviour of the nation then the Minister is not only misleading the population, but he is lying and clearly indicating his allegiance lies with the big end of town's financial and corporate sector and to hell with you all.
A lot of the city folk are behind you farmers, but as they never see you as a strong, determined militant group like the radical green sect are, they think all they are told and hear must be right, for if it wasn't, they would see you all up in arms marching the streets.
Start showing your anger and indignation as a cohesive group and you to do it NOW, for the greens have started to permeate into your education institutions out there in the country areas and once they have your children indoctrinated, you're truly buggered.
This doesn't mean through your farming organisations for they are too busy cozying up to the bureaucrats and playing the game by their rules, with the end result you lose, just a little slower than you would without them.
Thursday in Canberra is a very important day for you all.
Are you going to leave one man to fight your battles, or are you at least going to show solidarity by making a rallying appearance?

I have heard on the bush telegraph that none of the acres cleared was a Quote "key bird breeding habitat". As a mater of fact the farmer left a wider buffer zone between the rookery area and the rehabilitation area than what was originally mapped and recommended by CMA staff.
Also a ground cover survey was done by CMA staff that found that the main specie present was the Noxious Weed Lipia and very few native plants, the area was deemed non native and Cultivation and Cropping allowed to control the Noxious Weed Lipia which is Best Management Practice to control Lipia. The woody vegetation consisted of mainly Black Wattle that has a life span of around 10 to 20 year.
Koperberg and Turnbull flexing the legitimacy and power of there Legislation here to stand up and crush the farming and grazing community for ever, reducing the lives lost and pain suffered by our fore fathers and mothers in two World Wars to insignificance.
Facts are that under EVERY PRINCIPLE KNOWN TO LAW that has evolved since the twelve century, every man, women and child is INNOCENT until they are tried and found guilty in a Court by the RULE of LAW being innocent until proven guilty, and have the right to TRIAL BY JURY made up of there own peers.
NO LEGISLATOR can take that RIGHT away from any one citizen of this Country. These farmers have not been found guilty in any Court of Law so therefore they are INNOCENT, hence the confiscation of there land is ILLEGAL.
The UNLAWFUL CONFISCATION of any persons property can not be tolerated by the community. A quote from Senator Barnaby Joyce "this is called COMMUNISM".
I have also herd on the bush telegraph that not one square meter of there property is listed as a wetland or breeding area for water birds, the fact that it is FREEHOLD LAND it is excluded from the federal environment act just as freehold is excluded from Mabo.
Gestapo General Turnbull appears to be confused about farmer existing use property rights, however when he makes a compelling 12,500% profit (25 million in 12 months) he is certainly not confused when it comes to CHOPPING down RAINFORESTS in the Solomon Islands. (see details below)
He and Costello feel that they are on a winner unlawfully oppressing a minority group in the community to show our city cousins there GREEN credentials, by trouncing on and victimising INNOCENT people. They have both been challenged to a debate on the issues by Peter Spencer and Radio National, there is no comment from Costello and Turnbull is still looking at his appointment book.

Koperberg and Turnbull think that threatening farmers with unlawful regulations is going to put a stop to the CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE STARTING ON JULY 1st, farmers have been oppressed by these unlawful draconian regulations for over a decade, the affected farmers will participate in some way as the MINERS did in 1854 at EUREKA and the SHEARERS did in the GREAT SHEARERS STRIKES of the 1890's, the sad and disturbing thing about this oppressive and illegal act perpetrated on farmers is for the first time in Australians history, a UNCONSTITUTIONAL act has been bought on by the COLLUSION between the CONSERVATIVE Federal Government and the State LABOUR GOVERNMENTS.
Attached is Senator Barnaby Joyce's letter to the Land and the QLD Country Life this week and also the article by Lucy Skuthorp which exposes the unconstitutional theft of Farmers Property Rights and the action that the COMMONWEALTH PROPERTY PROTECTION ASSOCIATION is pursuing in the Federal Court. The mission for CPPA is to fight for all Australian citizens until there CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS are reinstated in every detail, on this mater there will be no compromise.
The people must band together as one to uphold the very principles that this country stands for, a fair go for all and secure PROPERTY RIGHTS as they are the WHEELS OF CIVILISATION which nobody can deny.

TURNBULL TIMBER
The more we dig into the Turnbull past the grubbier it gets on this Minister/Merchant Banker
Malcolm Turnbull specialised in corporate turnarounds through his company, Turnbull and Partners, and in his first big corporate play, the minister for the environment showed that money does grow on trees, to the tune of $25 million dollars.
Mr Turnbull and two other Australian investors briefly got involved in the Solomon Islands logging industry after buying a 16% stake in the logging company, Axiom Forest Resources, for $200,000 in 1991.
A corporate shark and smelling profit, Turnbull had two things going in his favour, the Solomons government were broke and Axiom Forest Resources,
with principal assets of four logging companies in the Solomons, was struggling as governments changed on the whim of those in favour of logging and swing back to those against.
In not much more than 12 months, Malcolm Turnbull had sold his stake for $25 million, which is a return of 12,500% profit. He has been stating that, "my only involvement with the company was as a corporate doctor"
The corporate doctor revamped the management team, hired 100 new forestry workers, purchased logging and timber milling machines, which significantly increased the companies logging licences tenfold, and selling timber to European markets.
But at the time the Solomon Islands economy was on the brink of collapse, and desperate for money, the Mamaloni government started handing out logging licences
like lollies to kids. In fact they were issuing so many it was calculated there would be nothing left to log within 20 years.
Axiom's licences permitted allowing them to cut 330,000 cubic metres of timber each year were so huge, they could cut more timber than what was sustainable for the total Solomon Islands being 325,000 cubic metres a year.
Mr Turnbull was quoted as says he didn't know this at the time.
So this self-proclaimed corporate doctor had no knowledge of the timber processed but you may be assured he enjoyed an uninterrupted supply to move Axiom to a viable company - ready for take over within 12 months.
The $25 Million did not come from a fire sale - rather a well-planned manipulation of a desperate government on a bankrupt Island.
What do you think the Doctor will do with our water and carbon credits now he has the jack seat in government?
We are still puzzled why Turnbull holds down a $500,000 pa as a government minister when he has proven to make $25 in one year - not mentioning his corporate and merchant bank deals though the years that will hold him in good standing or something else?.
Oh by the way, as panic sets in at the Turnbull election machine with the greens running a candidate in Vaucluse, being the Tree Doctors electorate of Wentworth, there are moves a foot
to place Malcolm in the Blue Mountains Seat. If elections were fair dinkum, Malcolm would find all seats out of bounds to him.

Jack Tait, president of the Coastal Rights Association located at Batemans Bay NSW, was part of the concerned local community at Long Beach in the
story we revealed that Federal Government funds were granted to maintain sand dunes (600mm in height) for the Long Beach Area Improvement Group,
which was radical green run.
Only radical greens could get funding for maintaining sand dunes 18 inches high. Look to the ocean in the photos to observe the massive sand dunes.
Planting trees on the recreational area at the beach brought the rest of the community down on top of them and after confirming they had mislead the local
council and the Federal Government these blemishes on society were removed for the group, it has now reformed and has the interest of the people to look
after not the agenda of raving green ratbags.

our bushland and the TWIT said - "Victorian Quoll are a much more sensitive species"
Without taxpayer dollars supporting him his family would starve should he be turned out to private enterprise.

but a Dingo just needs a bullet
A snippet article in the Sun Herald June 10/2007 titled "Pit Bulls most likely to attack but dingoes man's best friend" by Frank Walker,
is another clear example of the main stream media attempting to indoctrinate the masses of the populace with figures and results that in truth are absolute inane rubbish.
The article reads:
German Shepherds, cattle dogs, Rottweilers, Staffordshire terriers and pit bull terriers are the most dangerous in NSW.
Figures from local councils show that there were 873 reported dog attacks in 2004-2005.
Eleven percent of the attacks were on children, 43 percent involved adults and 38 percent were on other animals.
Injuries resulted in 38 people being sent to hospital.
Despite tough regulations controlling aggressive dogs, only 77 dogs were destroyed. Warnings were issued in 30 percent of the cases, penalties applied in 16 percent and court action initiated in just 3 percent.
German shepherds recorded the highest number of attacks at 63. There are 35,711 of the breed registered in NSW.
The dog most likely to attack is a pit bull terrier. They made 33 attacks, with only 3244 of the breed registered.
The most unlikely breeds to attack were the dingo, collie, fox terrier, maremma sheepdog and Great Dane.
There are almost 1 million registered dogs in NSW.
The dingo is a very rare canine as far as being kept as a pet is concerned. Reason, he is bloody unpredictable.
The dingo attacks on domestic stock NSW wide is not in any way clearly documented, but should it concisely be so, the dingo would, both in percentage and number of attacks exceed all other breeds combined by an incredible figure and a carnage picture that would turn most soft city folks stomachs.
The pit bull is a unique animal in this stories context, for it was actually bred as a fighting dog and hence is certainly a dangerous unpredictable breed that has been well documented and therefore stands alone as a species of dog and certainly needs to receive special consideration. None of the other breeds mentioned were originally bred for fighting.
What is really interesting re the article is the actual reference "court action initiated in just 3 percent." It doesn't say that the particular dog owners were found culpable, just that action was initiated. Using the article's figures, 3 percent of the 873 attacks relates to just 26 cases across NSW necessitated by severity or desire, the need for court action, without any reporting of the out come of the actual 26 cases. Hmmmmmmm!
If every dingo attack upon domestic stock that occurred across this State of NSW out of National Parks was able to be pursued in the courts of this state, the DEC (NPWS) would require a full time legal team at the courts, defending the claims. They would lose every case, spend millions in compensation to the Plaintiff framers and this Nation would see the real carnage the dingo delivers.
The dingo as being man's best friend is about as far from the truth reporting as this mainstream newspaper can get. I personally have experienced a privately owned dingo attack for want of better words, in the front yard of a Sydney suburban home after attending the front door and leaving after finding no one at home. This dog was aggressive and wandering about free in the front yard. The dingo bit the back of my ankle in a sneak attack as I left. Did I report it? No. Most attacks are certainly reportable and actionable, but in reality we just accept such as a dog protecting their territory, but to extrapolate that the dingo scum is man's best friend from such figures is tantamount to propaganda and nothing but pro-dingo propaganda at that.
