MY SAY

With tragic deaths and disaster flooding in NSW the premier Maurice Iemma has started the "Buck Passing" by stating in a radio interview with reference to the Pacific Highway subsiding at Summersby into which a family perished when their car fell with the collapsing roadway into a torrent of water - "The preliminary advise I have at the moment is that it is not a state road".

There is nothing worthy to say about this person - the ELECTED leader of NSW.

PARKIE DUFFING TO EARN $300 000 TO REPLACE CRAIG'S BURNT HUT?

Peter Jacobs Victorian Alpine National Park ranger gets the gang green of the weak. He is saying he is "consistently" going around the mountains cattle doffing (stealing), impounding and trying to sell stockmen's cattle.

He says cattle have been straying for months.

Well Mr Jacobs, farmers would like to tell you they are sick to death of running national park uncontrolled packs of wild dogs who are gutting their on farm wildlife, sheep flocks and calves running their cattle around for bloody decades!

The Omeo, Brenambra area, did it damn tough in the 2003 holocaust where thousands of head of stock burnt, blown up by fire balls coming out of the national park blowing in at 80km in 3 hours from carefully conserved fuel loads for decades also. How people were not killed was a credit to them not from any good management of the "parked public managed land."

The birds and wildlife you experts were looking after shot off to Mars with all the forests and soil.

Your Parks generated fires blew embers over towns farms, burnt bridges, water ways fences and hay sheds, but don't let that worry your sense of humanity as you take stockmen's runs off them during the worst drought in over 100 years.

Runs cool burnt, still occupied grazed green or not burnt at all, in the 2003 fiasco you then likely deliberately destocked to build up fuel for 2006, burnt the 700 years old plus snow gums, all the pygmy possum sphagnum, etc, to bring these runs into conform to the surrounding sight of a volcanic eruption.

Little wonder independent and objective scientists were not allowed not given a license to look at public land allowing them to collect data to compare grazed and ungrazed area recovery, biodiversity thrift water yield, and quality because you know the outcomes. You have frustrated collection of the evidence to shut up stockmen fire fighters while you abuse positions of public office by more acts of bastardry on unsubstantiated science while pushing decent citizens to the maximum.

Its time your perks of BBQs with steak and lamb chops be boycotted and replaced with your National Pak produce dingo burgers and hot wild dogs with your lemonade as you have destroyed the ones pure water.

To then line your pockets selling burnt legends of the Man from Snowy River. Its time the people of Australia boycotted national parks as a key threatening process for all Australian values social, economic, environmental.

Parkies are parasites on society and you Peter Jacobs, will not get a cuppa tea around here unless its poured red-hot into your lap.

Sherlock Skills Needed By Sheriff's

Victorian Attorney-General Rob Hulls is having trouble with the Sheriff.

He has been reported as saying, "we need to look at modernising and simplifying their operations under a single Sheriff's Act that will provide clear and concise authority on their obligations and powers," Mr Hulls said. "A new act would also provide clear guidance (for sheriffs) when implementing tough new sanctions such as wheel clamping and suspension of driver's licences and motor vehicle registration (for fine defaulters)."

From a secretly planned operation to review the Sheriff Office operations was set in place last year, and a report on the Sheriff's Office. by former Victoria Police commissioner Comrie, and former assistant commissioner Bill Severino, cost Victorian taxpayers $43,340 - nice one boys

This is all over $1 billion dollars that the Victorian government is trying to extract from the people to boost the 4th Reich coffers.

Our forefathers would be proud of this nation they fought and died for when they see the tactics of our enemies in war being exercised all around Australia.

There is an estimated 500,00 Victorians and 470,000 in NSW that Sheriff offices cannot find.

"Does not live here anymore" - "never heard of that person" - returning mail "Not Known at This address" - informing the officer that the person has moved to .... all are well exercised ploys to stave off the Sheriff - and it works sending them around in circles.

SOS-NEWS investigative team with decades of experience have a hit rate of 97% on locating persons we wish to interview by using skills and common sense as most commercial inquiry agencies apply.

Government debt collectors boast decades of inefficiency and the only collection they make with a 100% hit rate is their pay packet retrieval.

The term used to describe these public servants ability as investigators - "They could not track a bleeding elephant through the snow". This seems to still apply.

China induces artificial rainfall

China last week have artificially induced rainfall to dilute a polluted lake which provides drinking water to over five million people of Wuxi city in eastern China's Jiangsu Province.

Thirty-nine rockets, containing silver iodide, were fired at eight different sites surrounding Taihu Lake on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning, confirmed by the Jiangsu Provincial Meteorological Station.

The operation induced moderate rain at various areas around the lake and even heavy rain in some areas..

Results from 43 monitoring stations showed that the rainfall exceeded 20 mm.

Local meteorological authorities were closely monitoring weather changes and once conditions allowed, they would attempt to induce more rain.

Considering the recent deluge and flood disasters in NSW, the dams and catchments areas have receive little rainfall.

Maybe it is time to give our government a rocket to shoot directed rainfall, proven last week in China, into or thirsty Snowy and other reservoirs.

WA Minister Presents Radical Fishing Changes
Western Australian Fisheries Minister Jon Ford has moved to justify his intention to radically change recreational fishing laws in Western Australia.

Mr Ford says there is a need for bag limits to be reduced and more restrictions on the taking of species such as snapper which are under threat.

He says unprecedented growth in WA's population has led to recreational boat ownership increasing to 80,000, which is putting too much pressure on the fishery.

"There are a number of targeted species that are highly prized and sought after like snapper, baldchin groper, dhufish that are particularly under threat because of this increase in technology and population," he said.

Mr Ford says if nothing is done there will be drastic consequences.

"What we need to do is take these proactive measures to ensure that our children and their children have the same experience that we enjoy now."

Editorial:

This type of gate opening we have seen in NSW when Bob (DEVIOUS) Debus, then minister for environment and now taking his dictatorial policy ramming attributes to the Federal arena as a Labor candidate, should the SHEEPLE vote him in, with the martin park legislation being implemented on the NSW South Coast as from July 1st (read SOS-NEWS 8th June 2007 www.sosnews.org/news/june8th.htm ).

We see this WA minister taking a leaf out of "Devious Bob's" book on controlling the people.

Now is time for WA residents to nip this crap in the bud. Tell Minister Ford he is on shaky ground when he next hits the polls with his radical green scare mongering concerning the Snapper fish being under threat from over fishing.

NSW had similar scenarios pushed by the radical greens (which will be the machine in WA behind this crap), that the Grey Nurse Shark was under threat of extinction. This has been disproved over the past 6 months with plague proportions on the species being sighted in recorded schools all along the NSW coastline

Hey it's your state and you are the masters - so tell the servant just where his place is in the perks and pension pecking order allowed by we the people - HIS MASTERS VOICE.

USA Establish Green
Myth-Management

Going back on their word not to slaughter wild bison, state and federal agencies to do just that. Today, June 8th, they have hazed about 50 wild bison off of cattle-free National Forest land and captured them in a bison trap constructed near the West Yellowstone Airport. According to livestock officials, bulls will be transported to slaughter facilities on Monday.

It would seem that the Australian Radical Greenies have established their false science and sheeple following the leader from the USA.

Yellowstone is a perfect case history of well-intentioned but bone-headed attempts to "preserve nature" by the environmentalists.

When Yellowstone was commissioned by Ulysses S. Grant in 1872, it was the first wilderness to be set aside as a Natural Preserve anywhere in the world. For the first 30 years or so, it was managed as you might expect. It was left well enough alone, unmanaged, as wilderness generally is. In the dawn of the 20th century however, the park service was formed, and was assigned the task of preservation and management of the environment of Yellowstone.

Within the first ten years of their management of the park, the ecology of the park had been forever changed by the well-intentioned yet incorrect assertions of the park service on how best to preserve the land. First they believed that the elk were about to become extinct, so they began the process of shooting and poisoning all of the wolves in the reserve, who were the natural predator of the elks.

This resulted in an explosion of the elk population and another totally unexpected result. You see, part of the diet of the elk was in fact the trees that the beavers of the park used to make their dams, and the lack of those trees and the resulting dams threw into chaos the water management of the park. The beavers disappeared, the meadows dried up and the otters and trout vanished.

Common patterns of correction, followed corrections of corrections have followed for the last century at the park. Grizzly Bears have been protected, and then killed off, wolves killed off, then brought back, etc., etc.

Park Rangers worked hard to extinguish every single fire, not realising that fire clears away dead growth and that some of the park's flora need fire to procreate. When control burns were started to clear away the dead brush, they ran wild and devastated the park.

On and on it goes, and the value of Yellowstone as an example of environmentalism long on ambition and short on science is that there is no evil corporation to blame it all on.

Far from preserving Yellowstone, the park ecology was driven further and further away from what it had been by actions, which seemed to make sense at press briefings, but which inevitably proved to be disasters.

We downunder are well on the way to this proven disaster from corrupt greenie science and politician dancing to the preference vote tune played by the gang green which we will see repeated at the Federal election.

DROPPINGS FROM THE TOILET RODENT

Bracks Understaffs Watchdogs

Steve Bracks - Vic Premier

The Nationals Member for Benalla Bill Sykes says the State Government will avoid scrutiny by failing to properly staff one of the Parliament's key committees.

Dr Sykes revealed in the Victorian Parliament last week that the Public Accounts and Estimates Committee which plays a vital role in scrutinising government expenditure was currently under resourced.

Now when accountability of a government is conducted by that government, there what better way to restrict unwanted prying eyes on the cheque book than to stem the flow of resources to that department.

Dr Sykes is The Nationals representative on the all-party committee, which he said had a proven track record of holding the government to account.

Dr Sykes stated to the Victorian parliament - "The committee is grossly under-resourced at the moment".

"We do not have an executive officer, we have only one research officer instead of three and we have two consultants, both of whom are finishing up this week. That level of staffing is grossly inadequate.

"It is critical that it is addressed, in particular by putting in place an executive officer of an appropriately high status in recognition of the important role that the Public Accounts and Estimates Committee performs in holding the government of the day accountable to the Parliament of Victoria and therefore the people of Victoria."

"This all-party committee will be undertaking an analysis of the information it has received from various Ministers in recent hearings and it is vital that it is properly staffed to ensure that information is assessed," Dr Sykes said.

"The recommendations from PAEC will be influential in future government deliberations and I call on the Bracks Government to take immediate action to properly resource the committee.

"The government should not attempt to avoid scrutiny by failing to staff such an important committee."

So we must look into history and what do we find?

From our ever growing sources of stool pigeons in the Victorian halls of power along with the pile of leaked documents giving credence to allegations it would seem that time is right to forward these to the right in-tray - well removed from any Bracks cartel bodies - and see what comes out.

Dr Sykes has a track record of accountability to the people with that passionate hate of corruption, which places him well inside the inner sanctum of "Nailing the Bastards to the wall"

"There is nowhere to hide when your clandestine network leaks like sieve Mr Bracks"

The coroner has the required instructions from the bureaucrats and will proceed to the best of the allowed ability.

Government inquiries are never conducted unless the outcome is known first.

Bracks is pushing to take action to improve crossing safety before the results of inquiries into the Kerang disaster were known and you may ask - WHY ?.

The Rodent will be watching with interest this inquiry from within the halls and cubicles that hosts golden intelligence for any rat to feast on

NSW Volunteer Fire Fighters - JOIN TODAY

NSW volunteer fire fighters have watched the development of the MAP based risk plans (starting with the Canobolas plan in the central west) and see this planning process as the way to get their voices heard in the planning and implementation process-it encourages locals to become engaged with each other in their various brigades and zones -working together, developing the experience that many of our volunteers have acquired over many years of service.

This can now be captured in the MAP based TENURE blind mapping model risk plan. Join with the VFFA AND BE A PART OF THE WORKING MODEL.

This will give you an opportunity to make a difference-Join the VFFA today..

The RFS is working on improving the planning process and needs your help to drive and deliver the outcomes of fuel reduction, that these plans will identify,

Another bonus will be the better allocation of strategic equipment, shown up in the planning process- better resourced we are making a difference

You can help with this by identifying type and size of equipment to meet the variety of conditions we all experience across the state

We are doing this with our GUM TREE meetings in the central west -start today to get yours up and running.

FARMERS UNITE !

Dear Mal,

I have felt the injustice of what is happening to rural communities, particularly to do with the way city 'authorities' have kicked us out of the High Country and other areas of land that have been created as Parks.

I also intensely dislike the way the authorities behave disrespectfully towards us generally and ignore the collective wisdom of living with the land. We need to make a start against this behaviour.

One way of starting is to call for the re-drawing of the Alpine National Park boundaries in order to re-instate our cattle on our traditional runs.

Why? It is a fact that in the creation of the Alpine National Park, the boundaries for the Alpine National Park were drawn so large in order to incorporate the Cattleman's runs. The legislation was then enacted which allowed continued grazing rights in the Alpine National Park because heritage and management were recognised issues.

Now that the Government has reneged, there needs to be a consequence to this behaviour.

We need to return to the position we were in before the agreement was made to create the Alpine National Park.

We know that the Government and their pseudo-science cronies have lied to us and used 'spin' tactics to divide us. Let's collectively ignore them and get together and point out their behaviour. Let's start privileging our wisdom, our knowledge and observation of the environment instead of submitting to their so called science.

It's a fact that any union is only as strong as its membership.

There are so few Mountain Cattleman's families and they have been fighting this issue for years. They need the rest of the people to say they will stand together with the Cattlemen and other like minded groups.

Let's do it! If we all get together we cannot continue to be ignored.

Wendy Jubb Stoney.
