My Say

An interesting story revealed to me last night is the ultimate of "Civil Disobedience" aligned with the "Chop A Tree A Day" is the farmer who needed to replace his holding yard for cattle that has been destroyed by the inferno that raged out of the myth-managed National Park.

Chainsaw and axe he entered the sacred grounds of DSE radical green control being the same Nation Park that sparked his actions.

Felling trees and utilizing his ability as a farmer he split fence rails and posts to suit the reconstruction.

Under the cover of darkness when the 9 to 5 brown shirts are knocked off for the day, our farmer loaded the timber and delivered it to the site where a well-earned "Jolly Well Done" was delivered from friends and neighbours.

FELLOW MUSHROOMS...

Our source in Macquarie Street "House of Humour", where the NSW Parliament meet on rare occasions, is that Frank Sartor (a miniature version of a full sized MP), has not only moved on Callan Park metal facility and projecting to removing the patients from this lawn and garden aspect of prime real estate, then placing them in the Concord Hospital to face life in a lockup facility.

It does not stop there.

Moves are afoot to sell off the mental care facility at Peat Island, set on many prime hectares of waterfront real estate right on the e NSW Hawkesbury River that has been allowed to run down when in fact a make over that is very cost effective would see the mentally ill on our street with a facility already in operation that could cater for them.

Valued at Multi-Millions of Dollars the back door deals will be oscillating as the lines of "Good Old Boys" grows longer loaded with developers and corporate buddies lining up for a slice of the cake.

This is a story we have been working on for 12 months revealing a grubby clandestine plan set in place by Macquarie Bank's Bob Carr, and ex-premier of NSW, organised when in office before taking the cosy well padded salary job for the boys and a string of others on the gravy train.

Press Release
19th June 2007

Peter Spencer

Phil Koperberg
Minister Climate Change Environment and Water.
Level 25
59-61 Gourlbourn Street,
Sydney 2000
New South Wales.
Dear Minister,

Re National Chop Day - July 1 2007.

I am prepared to be of the understanding your actions over the last few weeks have been because of your ignorance regarding the Native Vegetations Act's tyrannical and unconstitutional inclusions in it's documentation and legislative drafting. A brief review of the Legislative Review No 6 of 2003 will clarify this point.

I am aware your work is new to you. Just elected and all. I am prepared to forgive you for acting unjustly against my fellow farmer with - Farm Invasions.

However, subsequently, as you will have briefed your self of now available material, you will be aware the Native Vegetation Act is un-Australian and is repugnant to all established principles underwriting the Rule of Law.

Naturally, being a just man and an Australian you will want it - the Act removed.

The fact that it is not even environmentally sound is another story.

The public are aware, that you, with a newly elected Government, and a budget in surplus, will want to do that which is just and right. After all the people of this Nation look up to you and expect you to lead with care, morality and wisdom.

I would like here, to extend that opportunity to you, to do the right thing, giving you the benefit of the doubt.

This is a sincere appeal from the people to you.

Could I suggest below an environmentally sound alternative to the current impasse.

Entirely remove the Native Vegetation Act which only has impact on those farmers who have not cleared all their land - then introduce the following.

  1. Establish a Carbon Trading scheme in conjunction with the Federal Government, agreeing to pay all farmers for Carbon positive activities on their land including vegetation.
  2. This agreement would require the polluters paying those who clean the filth up - the Farmers. Include in this program payment to land owners through carbon certificates for trees growing on their property and any other carbon positive activity.
  3. This program to be offered to all land owners not as is now only those who have retained trees. Hence encouraging wide spread plantings and proliferation of biodiversity.
  4. The proposal has to be financially attractive appealing to all land owners across the State and it has to be voluntary.
  5. The past 13 years of lock up has to be paid for in full, by those who benefited by the legislation namely - the Coal powered power stations.
  6. The peoples property rights must be restored in full and undertakings in writing made by the people and the State that this Institution "Secure Property Rights" will never be threatened again by the State.
This letter is an attempt to appeal to you, your humanity, for justice. As we do not want to have to use civil disobedience to raise the profile of the theft of our property not on "JUST TERMS" which has been perpetrated against us.

Respectfully, if you take this opportunity to remove this blight in Australian history you, Mr Koperberg, will be seen by all Australians as a man who insisted on bringing peace justice and compassion in the Christian way, to this long outstanding tragedy. Subsequently, the CPPA will also file to cease the 4 different current Court proceedings.

Or ignore this plea and you Mr Koperberg, leaves us no alternative but to continue action - and we will, most robustly, as the Government has stolen our land.

See letter below from Federal Minister Environment.

We will not come to you, in this way, further, on this matter. If we hear nothing with in 7 days we will assume the door is closed. We, as will other Australians, henceforth assume you are no longer ignorant of this injustice - but in fact are perpetrating it.

Thank you for your consideration.

Peter Spencer

Note Address AGFORCE 2002 State Conference
Bioela, Queensland
29 July 2002
Agriculture - Smart, Sustainable, Innovative : Quote from Dr David Kemps Address: QUOTE:

"The Prime Minister has indicated to the Queensland Premier Mr Beattie that the Commonwealth would be prepared to provide financial assistance to Queensland to deliver significantly reduced land clearing rates, and a sustained and guaranteed greenhouse outcome over and above the combined outcomes of Queensland's existing vegetation management arrangements and the National Action Plan for Salinity and Water Quality.

A scheme to achieve this objective could include market and incentive based approaches such as carbon purchases, in addition to regulation.

In order to reassure you on this point I can do no better than to quote to you what has been said by the Prime Minister on this topic, and it is a quite unequivocal declaration of his position, and the position of the Commonwealth.

He has said, and I quote him directly from an interview he gave during the last federal election campaign: "…we are committed to ensuring that if people's property rights are affected they get compensated."

The Deputy Prime Minister John Anderson has been equally clear. He said, during a speech on environmental management issues in Canberra in March, and I also quote him directly: "The Government believes that landholders who give up property rights in the interests of the environment should receive proper compensation or adjustment assistance."

They are very clear expressions of the position of the Commonwealth. The issue now is therefore not the principle, which is established, but the reality, and I assure you that I seek, and actively promote within government, a sense of urgency in developing clear definitions of property rights.

I want to reassure you the Commonwealth is undertaking this work - as was promised to you by the Deputy Prime Minister in the election campaign last year."

End Quote.

Solidarity or Servitude?

It's surprising that the RURAL newspaper "The Land" is calling the chop a tree day exponents as conducting an illegal act by chopping down a tree when it is clearly arguable that the Governments of the day are violating the constitutional rights of every citizen who owns land under a Fee Simple title which gives unfettered ownership of Land, Water and Flora thereupon that land. Just who is imposing illegality? Even the Farmer's own media is playing the political side. Perhaps they got told where to get off over some issue and this is pay back.

Not only is The Land story on the CPPA movement carefully denigratory towards the actions of Peter Spencer and this organisation, but they have the audacity to run a parallel story adjacent, of new politician for Barwon - Kevin Humphries - declaring the vegetation act hamstringing farmers as "NOT TOO BAD." This coming from a NSW National pollie to boot. Who voted this misinformed, quick to conform to the party line character in as their political rep?

Mr Koperberg, with a history of presiding over perhaps the most environmentally destructive events this nation has seen since colonisation, is now sitting in office presiding over lives that in another life, he watched burn. He has a driving propensity to play policeman and conjure investigative teams to answer to his beck and call, with this call often being a media play for his own self-serving interests. Remember the Junee fire bumper investigation. An investigation that discovered a discarded cigarette butt and hence they had the culprit cold. What happened to that time consuming, tax wasting inquiry to cover up fuel load miss-management?

The couple of dozen trainee fire investigators ensconced within the RFS's ranks will be just a dip in the ocean compared to what he is able to put together under Iemma's sanctioning of secret investigative budgetary options. Lets watch the poor sods in the Moree clearing fiasco get treated like the Jews of 1939 and after a thorough vilification, this too will fade into obscurity as Koperberg the Minister jumps through one hoop after another following the likes of Reece Turner of the Wilderness Society's rantings, just to secure radical green votes.

If the Federal Government is so confident that it can over ride the constitutional rights of land owners, why are those so dedicated to having Peter Spencers cases thrown out of court time after time, as a strike out before hearing, in any way they can? How is a citizen supposed to receive fair hearing and justice when his very own legislative leaders are using his own tax dollars unfairly and undemocratically against him? Every dog has his day and Peter Spencer is not in any way being vexatious like the Green Turnips of this Nation, but rather fighting a battle for rural survival that is not only his own, but all of ours, against political oppression in the most insidious way, legalised theft.

Peter's property "Saarahnlee" has effectively all but been destroyed by unworkable, dictatorial, rights stealing legislation. Vegetation acts and neighbouring national Parks ineptitude and intransigence has caused his property like many to just wither on the vine whilst sending him into financial difficulty. Dingoes/wild dogs stream out of the parks like marauding hordes, decimating his sheep population making it untenable to farm such stock. Subsequently woody weed and unfettered timber growth is taking over once productive, well managed, open high country terrain due to no ability to graze manage. The unworkable, city orientated vegetation act then denies practical management processes to maintain the diversity and viability of this land and hence the value significantly drops and results in total financial non-viability.

Now all that is serious enough to cause any farmer to capitulate and join the suicide ranks, but when the real reasons for this personal unconstitutional destruction is revealed to be a political stunt to satisfy some bloke called Howard and Costello's international status as Y2K Co2 green house gas handlers for their corporate mates, the plot starts to stink so bad that men with backbone like Peter say, "Suicide my arse, I'll take these bastards to task for this treason." Here it is that you see Peter Spencer of "Saarahnlee" and others, as the David against Goliath, fighting not just for themselves, but for the most fundamental rights that go to the very core of Australia and what made it the greatest democracy in the world. A democracy that over the last two decades is being dismantled and reconstructed in a manner that will see the future generations live in servitude.

Too hard you say. Then just for one example, why are young people being forced to work for $6.40 an hour, provide their own cash float for the customers they handle and being forced to remunerate the employer if a customer skips on paying? No our fundamental way of life is under serious attack and people like peter Spencer and CPPA are your champions. Win lose or draw, they highlight the enemy within, are you going to stand back and allow others to fight your battles, or at the very least, fail to show your solidarity as an Australian?

MacQuarrie Bank/Fairfax Dictate Rural Media

Macquarie Media owns 87 stations in 45 markets and will adding television to this radio markets that offers the ability to cross-promote and cross-sell advertising to which the last of independent radio stations cannot offer.

SOS-NEWS brought to you in November 2006 that Macquarie Bank purchased 13.9 shares in Southern Cross Broadcasting (Australia Ltd) under it's Macquarie Media Group on the 16th and on the 15th, SCB shares were $14.49.

Always set to takeover SCB was Macquarie Media Group as Fairfax Media also presented consideration as the alternative bidder with never a thought they would combine as they have on this joint deal to take out SCB - which must run foul of cross-ownership legislation since Helen Coonan's media reform laws were passed last October.

With SCB board accepting the offer, it will be presented to share holders around October, with a firm direction to take the offer on the table.

Will we see government halt this monopoly move on Australian media as we have seen them allow Coles and Woolworth's destroy small business against the people request for action that was not forth coming?

Election of government by the people is around the same time as the takeover is predicted, and with Millions of dollars being poured into mainstream media by the major contenders from Canberra Incorporated Ltd to their very, very close media friends we will see a frenzy of spin doctors fencing off the issue you can bet on.

Macquarie Media Group/Fairfax Media has offered $1.35 Billion to share holders of SCB being $17.41 cash per share made up of $17.05 cash plus a fully franked special cash dividend of 36 cents a share

This now includes - Sydney radio station 2UE, Melbourne's 3AW, Brisbane 4BC and Perths 6PR not to mention film and television production business Southern Star and Satellite Music Australia being golden eggs from the goose that was ready for plucking.

Fairfax Media will own ( as part of the deal) news and talkback stations, 2UE in Sydney and 3AW in Melbourne adding another string to their control media bow offering powerful cross-promotion forces for its newspapers, The "Sydney Morning Herald" and in Melbourne "The Age".

Reflecting on past weeks we saw Jamie Packer move out of Channel nine for a tidy payout, then last week John Laws retires from the golden microphone at 2UE. Inside information maybe, but the media empire of Macquarie Bank and Fairfax, pending the acquisition of Southern Cross, will be all but total control of rural and most of metropolitan media - and that Minister Helen Coonan is a monopoly is any language.

To silence your competitors by acquisition is a proven formula to follow as we see the voice of free media is just about stifled by these protected predators roaming free on their corporate feeding frenzies.

The ABC, our so called "Peoples Radio and Television Service" dances to government control, and should you dare to phone in a comment to ABC Radio that may be against any green agenda you are either cut off or put on hold until time expires.

Macquarie Bank's next move should be the ABC network takeover as their corporate mates in Canberra, Liberal Party Limited has the board room chairman, John Howard, and sidekick Merchant Banker, now minister, Malcolm Turnbull, on side, as does Labor Party Holding On Limited who are making a takeover bid on the liberal corporation.

Poised on the brink of an exploding carbon credits trading market relying on rural land holdings to generate and maintain this phantom product market will reap $Billions for such traders as Macquarie Bank and other leaches of the finance and baking fraternities once it has Chairman Howard's approval which he cannot sanction just yet if ever.

WHY?

Because at present this all is in the hands of one farmer, Peter Spencer, who has the guts to stand up to government in the Federal Court accusing them of carbon credit theft in what most thought an un-winnable case. That now seem to be a winner by this nations leading professor of Law who represents Spencer and the ducking and weaving by the government legal team who are well on the back foot and sinking.

Keep in mind the last thing the Macquarie Banks of this world need is John Laws, and Alan Jones, along with other talkback radio giants discrediting their agendas to millions of listeners every day.

So the question must be asked as we have seen 2UE gobbled up and Laws retiring - will John Singleton's 2GB be next on the hit list to silence Alan Jones?

The light at the end of the closing aperture of the tunnel is that they cannot shut down the internet and the SOS-NEWS services that have generated a sprinkling of other Blog's and newsletters that are growing daily to expose these corporations and government dictatorship.

To keep this last stand for the people moving forward on emails of news and for those without internet, and the elderly, printout copies to keep these cretins high profile with their greed that is demolishing our Australia.

Legal action continues over Canberra 2003 firestorm

ABC Internet News reported today:

The ACT Supreme Court has cleared the way for legal action against the New South Wales Government over Canberra's 2003 firestorm.

Brindabella landholder Wayne West lost his house when the McIntyres Hut blaze began its deadly run across the New South Wales border into Canberra in January 2003.

Mr West argues New South Wales authorities should have put the fire out days earlier, when it first started.

But the State Government applied to have Mr West's case struck out.

This morning Justice Terry Connolly dismissed that application.

Mr West said he'll continue to pursue his case. "Oh yeah, we'll keep fighting, don't worry about that" he said outside the court.

Mr West plans to call former New South Wales Rural Fire Service Commissioner Phil Koperberg to give evidence as part of his action

PREMIER TOLD "PUT A PLUG IN IT BRACKSY"

An angry crowd of 800 Goulburn Valley residents have today told Premier Steve Bracks to put a plug in his controversial plan to pipe 75 billion litres of water out of the Goulburn Valley to Melbourne.

The Nationals spokesman for Water, Peter Walsh, said the rally in Shepparton voted unanimously against constructing the pipeline that will break an election promise made by Melbourne's Labor Ministers.

"Residents are angry and disappointed that Premier Bracks is planning to break another election promise and wants to build this pipeline to flush our water down the toilets of Melbourne," Mr Walsh said.

"The Murray Darling Basin desperately needs additional water to improve the environment and grow our food in the future.

"Under this plan 75 billion litres of water goes straight to Melbourne and once the tap is turned on it will provide an easy option to increase flows in the future.

"The Government's attempt to hold our community to ransom by linking the improvements to the Goulburn irrigation system with this outrageous pipeline proposal is another example of Melbourne Labor putting the city first and the country last."

Mr Walsh said the strong turnout to the protest rally in Shepparton should send a warning to the Bracks Government that there is very little support for the pipeline amongst the broader community.

"The Premier and Treasurer are misguided in accepting the views of a handful of people who have not been elected to represent the wider community of the Goulburn Valley," Mr Walsh said.

"There is no doubt that the State Government should invest in better infrastructure in the Goulburn Valley because it is the right thing to do for the environment and irrigators, not because it wants to take the water to Melbourne via this pipeline."
