Another Greenie Bites the Dust
On Sunday 1st July, Batemans Bay NSW "Coastal Rights Association" held an information day to relay to the people of the do's and don'ts in the (political) South Coast Marine Park, as the Iemma government had not been able to do.
The Marine Park manager, Geoff Kelly, arrived after the meeting had finished to, as he said, "check things out".
He stated to a group of five left that it was the worst designed park he had seen.
After this same statement appearing in the paper, and on radio, he has RESIGNED, or was he pushed, obviously the penalty for not supporting government policy.
The same day that resignation was announced, Jack Tait, president of CRA received a phone call from the minister's office wanting to know if he could go to Sydney for a meeting with the minister to sort out some of the problems.

THE BATTLER
I used to think I was poor.
Then they told me I wasn't poor, I was needy.
Then they told me it was self-defeating to think of myself as being needy, I was deprived.
Then they told me deprived was a bad image. I was underprivileged. Then they told me underprivileged was overused. I was disadvantaged.
I still do not have a cent.
But I have a great vocabulary.

STROKE IDENTIFICATION
During a BBQ, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) and just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes. They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food - while she appeared a bit shaken-up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening.
Ingrid's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00pm, Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today. Some don't die, they end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.
It only takes a minute to read this...
A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can hopefully reverse the effects of a stroke totally. He said the difficulty is, getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within that critical 3 hour window.
RECOGNIZING A STROKE "3" steps, S.T.R.
Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness can spell disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage, or death if people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
Doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:
S *Ask the individual to SMILE
T *Ask the person to TALK, SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) e.g. "It is sunny out today, isn't it."
R*Ask him, or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.
NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this:
Ask the person to 'stick' out their tongue. If the tongue is 'crooked', that is if it goes to one side or the other, this may also indicate signs of a stroke} If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call 000 immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.
FELLOW MUSHROOMS...
From an Academic Void
Offshore areas closed for parks and to hell with the fishing industry, both commercial and recreational. An Environmental corridor from Melbourne to Cairns with draconian brown shirt enforced legislation and to hell with the rural community's economical survival. Police a destructive native vegetation act put in place so the high flyers can profit from carbon trading (money from selling clouds) and to hell with the entire western sector of the State
God help NSW, as the below is the message that Minister Phil Koperberg (pictured) is delivering from his official site.
My predecessor, former Environment Minister Bob Debus, has left a strong legacy, instituting a huge program of environment reform over the last eight years. I intend to carry on his good work and to strike in new directions to ensure we're proud to pass on an equally strong legacy.
Strike in new directions. Is that a match strike, or a police strike on hardworking farmers in the Gwydir?
Tank Our Governments For Nuttin
Why the current rebate scheme for water tanks is not achieving either the best environmental outcomes in respect to water usage, or encompassing the entire population of NSW, becomes obvious when we look at the current scheme now administered under the Koperberg Ministry. Minister Koperberg is obviously intending to ensure that his skills gained as the Commissioner of the NSW RFS that saw NSW burn in 2003 are now delivered to the public housing sector and only the rich will have home water to put out their house fire.
Firstly the scheme is only available to residential properties, yet industrial and commercial properties have an immense ability to capture rainwater runoff, but are not included.
Tanks have to be purchased in full prior to a person being eligible for the scheme. So if you are not in a position to self-fund a water tank, as many of our struggling NSW families are, they are immediately denied the opportunity to do their bit for our struggling metropolitan water supply.
NSW residents that are not connected to the reticulated supply are denied connection compensation and only receive a rebate on their tank purchase, yet these people are already doing their bit for the environment out of desire, or necessity and being denied the ability to expand and enhance this self-imposed environmentalism.
Rainwater tanks installed to comply with BASIX (the Building Sustainability Index) for new homes, major renovations, or a pool installation, are not eligible for a rebate. So as long as people are forced to fund tank installations themselves whether they can afford it or not, they too are denied participation in the scheme. Given that swimming pools are part of the culture of Australian families and a large part of recreational water usage, this very exemption is contradictory to the whole scheme.
There is no consideration for simple under the bench filtration systems for this captured water to be used as drinking water yet the health department finds no reason that it should not be done so and in many cases findings from their investigations indicate that filtration is not even necessary.
Quite simply, this rebate system is a mish-mash of bureaucratic controlled ineptness, all conducted in an attempt to appear to be doing something when in reality the end result is both discriminatory in who can participate, with an emphasis, either intentional or accidental, that denies the many battling families the chance to participate, whilst further denying the commercial world the opportunity to value add their rooves and help solve the water shortage problem.
The SOS-NEWS system that has been put forward on numerous occasions deals with all these problems by allowing every building owner both new, old, renovated, financially disadvantaged and commercial, the chance to participate. It delivers almost a new industry, hence employment opportunities, but most importantly delivers only a short-term financial impost upon government resources. Resources that are at present being squandered on a desalination plant against an overwhelming public outcry, with not only no chance what so ever of being financially viable, but in fact will continue to suck the State's tax dollars further into the Iemma/Labor fiscally irresponsible abyss.
Just imagine how much water could be harvested from the incredible commercial roofing in the Sydney basin alone and once collected, after the rains have gone, this water could be returned to the storm water drains and collected down stream in an efficient water recycling plant. Oops! Sorry Iemma and Koperberg are not building a recycling plant, they are building a fiscally irresponsible white elephant of a desalination plant.
This whole fiasco is about ensuring our God given water gets privatised and the water barons can get their bank balances swelled with huge profits from an ensnared public.
Just to prove the last statement, There has been a massive increase in electricity bills to the commercial world from the private suppliers of this essential energy source and as there is no where else to go for electricity, those customers are bound to the profiteering of the electrical barons. Soon this highway robbery will come to your front door as a private citizen.
Guess who is part of this little fiasco of public fiscal servitude? You guessed it Macquarie Power, part of the insidious Investment Banking Industry looking after the top end of town.
Water tanks can and do go someway to breaking this stranglehold being applied for this essential of life, water, but the schemes being applied at present are not intended to free the citizen from such financial shackles, oh no, not at all.

National Park Scandal Five Star Not Locked Out
Not 12 months ago, SOS-NEWS predicted that a hidden agenda from the government in NSW and that famous, highly paid radical greenie, Dr Tony Fleming, would introduce some marketing of the people's National Parks as the coffers dried up.
The prime thought to keep here at all times is;
OUR NATIONAL PARKS.
Ministers and Fleming are PUBLIC SERVANTS
You the people, their MASTERS, have allowed this to HAPPEN
Predictions and projections from ministers to Fleming, concerning National Parks, have been hogwash. The hoards of tourist and visitors they refer to on a regular basis have never come to fruition or the massive income. Again unaccountable blithering fools mismanagement you keep paying for.
The DSE charter is to look after our heritage lands for future generations of Australians. There is no clause about implementing its destruction.
What have seen massive destruction of this once pristine heritage country they received from the evicted previous caretaker farmers?
Wild life made near extinct by management practices set in place from radical green false science resulted from massive inferno's in 2003, 2005, 2006, incinerating the people land from myth-management. Blackened trunks and stumps remain as monuments to stupidity where forest once grew. Blocked mountain streams, and wild dogs running rampant because the gang greens say poisoning them will kill the wild life.
The management has already seen to that so their starving Dingoes and Dog now attack and kill national parks neighbours stock. Again these bunglers pay no compensation hiding behind their tailor made laws.
Even today, ground massive fuel loads in forests that our pioneers and farmers, (prior to compulsory eviction making way for government management) for 170 years, never allowed to accumulate while maintained a balanced environment of flora and fauna we may never see return from the bushfires these bureaucrats allowed to evolve.
Always being guarded by legislation so watertight they cannot be held accountable, and all funded by we the taxpayers.
Now the Iemma government money managers are running on empty purses, so for Dr Fleming to maintain this accustomed lifestyle he constructed from minister manipulation, will need another source of revenue to maintain his National Park junket.
Enter the Entrepreneurs
Already having tested the water in the USA National Parks for Dollars schemes, we are to expect the five star resorts being built in the people parks that have been locked up under so called environment protection reasons.
Under our microscope is Andrew Cox, CEO of the NSW National Parks Association, who is never very far from the smell of money, always claiming a distance from government as they are a charity, etc, etc, the normal radical green cover story routine, that may reveals some very interesting finding in the not to distant future.
Cox, being one of the architects to the Brumby inhalation plan Dr Fleming condones and has moves afoot to get on with the job, it will be interesting to see if these resorts host horse riding in the parks.
Not isolated to just NSW, this gravy train is being proposed in most other states, with the Victorian Bracks government champing at the bit. They have also generated holocaust bushfires, destroying all in its path like NSW. It would seem both state governments graduated from the same college of Labor Mismanagement, and with honours.
This is just the tip of our Iceberg - we have more that will flow.
Read this article from The Sunday Telegraph - July 22nd 2007 and note that part where The Wilderness Society NSW campaigner, Reece Turner, well know fabricator, and radical green fiction writer, quotes from the book of Gang Green Ravings yet again. We will note with interest another green group charity non taxpaying outfit features in the big bucks end of these five star projects

National Parks Go Upmarket
By Political writer Sharri Markson
Luxury hotels and upmarket restaurants could be built in national parks after research revealed fewer families were going on traditional Aussie camping trips.
New figures show domestic tourist numbers to national parks dropped from 5.2 million in 2005 to 4.9million last year.
There are plans to build resorts and restaurants in, initially nine national parks across Australia. The possibilities include the Red Centre, Uluru, Kakadu National Park and the Flinders ranges.
Tourism Minister Fran Bailey said developments could also occur in the Grampians national Park in Victoria, the Blue Mountains in NSW and in Central Australia.
"We're looking at five-star style, but you've really got to have all levels of accommodation to suit all budgets," she said.
"It's important for the family to be able to have a holiday and afford it, along with the wealthy couple who have just flown in from Germany."
Already there are plans underway to open an eco-friendly luxury resort in the Blue Mountains to attract global A-list visitors. It will charge $1200 a night.
There is also a proposal to turn the Solitary Island lighthouse on the NSW North Coast into a boutique heritage accommodation.
Tourism and Transport Forum strategic partnerships national manager Evan Hall said the development would occur in natural landscapes with something unique to offer.
The Wilderness Society NSW campaigner Reece Turner said encouraging visitors to national parks was secondary to their important role in preserving the natural environment and protecting threatened species.
"There's a strong case to be put that it won't be as enjoyable if national parks are cluttered with expensive hotels and commercial activities," he said.
"They will become another playground. We have real hesitations about the proposals."
The restaurants that will open in national parks range from pricey stylish dining to more relaxed meals.
"You are going to go from the very simple, café-style food to top restaurant-quality food," Ms Bailey said.
A Govt ACT that Tells a Story
This story is written for the metropolitan and town readers that are aware enough to care. You all know that something is wrong with our society and the direction it seems to be heading, but you do not know, yet keep asking, WHY?
The answer is, you are not supposed to know why, that is until it is too late.
We live our lives obeying the law, or we think we do, but the reality is that the moment you leave the front door, or even before, you are most likely in breach of some law, rule or regulation. The only reason that you are not taken to task for this is because (a) there are not enough traitors in society that have been indoctrinated to the dark side yet and (b) those transgressions are intentionally over looked.
Our governments have wittingly, or unwittingly brought to fruition the most convoluted web of legislation that humans could imagine and in so doing have set the frame work in place for State controlled life for all of us and I would presume with the UN and the Club of Rome driving these laws, for a world wide human domination program.
Affect your sensibilities? Too bad, for this is a fact and you, your family and your children's children are going to be subservient to a power of elitist humans in ways that are unimaginable in the very near future if we do not take a stand soon.
So let us forget the rest of the world and just consider Australia. The greatest western civilisation on this planet and the most valuable, area, resource, population and geographical position wise. We are being screwed by our very own home grown traitorous fifth column (enemy within) whilst they themselves are the pawns of bigger powers, that are using them like toys in a game.
What you all do not realise is just how powerful the elite have become. The reason judges think they can defy the law personally, politicians get rewarded for ineptitude and big business steam rolls the little guy. It is all about legislation and the power due processed legislation allows arsoles to wield against the very everyday people that struggle with life's tough little nuances. Legislation that has reached such encompassing proportions, yet not fully wielded, that in reality have us living in a fascist/communist state of the first order and it's just that the politicians are not yet brave enough to announce it.
I give you one piece of legislation as an example at this point and I choose this ACT for the fact that it is the one in the news forefront and courts of today. That is the Native Vegetation ACT of 2003. Keep in mind that it does not contain amendments.
This act alone is one of thousands. It, in its entirety, almost single handed removes the ability of a farmer to do anything at all on his land unless he has governmental permission. It stops him in his/her tracks almost dead.
This ACT is so encompassing by its breadth, its ability to defer, or confer rights, its ability to allow corporate juggernauts dispensation, its over riding of a fair and reasonable citizen's understanding of their rights, that this ACT alone could be sole reason for hard pressed farmers to give up and commit suicide. I kid you not.
Click on the link and down load this ACT and print it off. It doesn't matter that you may feel that it doesn't affect you. It bloody well does, if not directly, certainly indirectly, but more importantly, you will all start to gain an understanding of just what the rural small business - the farmers - are up against. It is the Berlin wall with twice as many guards and much more sinister weaponry.
Read it. Take the time. Even if you are unable to understand the legal jargon, you will get the feel of the incredible power bestowed on incompetent, untrustworthy, disloyal politicians by their predecessors duped to pass such legislation to gather green votes. Idiots that are selling this nation and its historical and cultural values down the tube. A tube that history shows, only ends in a horrific bullet firing war. The type of war our young people are fighting in Iraq under the guise of installing, "our democracy". Democracy that has been usurped and turned against us.
Once you have read it, consider that there are thousands of like pieces of legislation out there at the beck and call of the bureaucrats, all intertwined to make sure that you the citizen, are subjugated with out knowing, not yet anyway. Every piece is written in such a legal way that the powers can be bestowed on almost anyone, and if it is not covered by the legislation, the powers retain the right to consider an anomaly not covered as if it was. Just in case you find a loop-hole.
You all wonder why Pauline Hanson, love or hate her, was such a threat to the establishment. She was you and me, a person that was going to take to task the enemy within and they could not allow that to happen, they weren't ready for such an attack. This country needs purging and to do that we need a new political party that is loyal, Australia first, sensible and deals in the realities of Australian life as Australians. Let farmers be farmers, shop keepers be shop keepers and kick the arse of the anyone who has an agenda that is not for the population of this country.
It doesn't matter whether you are Christian, Moslem, Hindu or Callithumpian, the ten commandments were all that God needed as laws in the beginning and today if we just added to those commandments the power for HONEST ACCOUNTABLE judges to have the discretionary use of the force of "IN THE SPIRIT OF", all the legislation apart from the basic premise, could be dispensed with.
Judges today are not judges, unless they are a full bench of the High Court, they are simply the minion dispensers of the legislative power of the naive governments of the day at the behest of insidious bureaucratic power. A power that lives with out elections.
If you don't concur, I respect your naivety, but the day will come when a bayonet will prod your arse and for you it will be too late.
Wake up, smell the roses and starting being an ANZAC.

RLPB Reflects Reality
The Rural Lands Protection Board of NSW have just concluded their annual conference of directors in Bathurst. This conference brought together a rich gathering of generational knowledge and observation of land management from across the State of NSW. A land management forum very difficult to equal in any other manner, either in scope, or experience.
The quiet achievers [our rural sector] are and have been putting food on the shelves and in shipping containers every day, rain, hail or drought. These families have fed the nation, secured water catchments and protected and progressed many native species by good land management.
Much of our State's rural areas - having endured a long successful selective forestry and grazing industry and history - are being overtly coveted by the gang green within government departments. A group of radicals who think they have a funding stream organized just for them to save the environment from those that have and are delivering environmental good. This radical sect wishes to exchange active land management for that of abandonment in the name of saving biodiversity. They intend to live on the legacy of sound past land management achievements while ever it lasts, but in so doing allow creeping environmental devastation to be the future.
Community values appear to be changing, replacing basic common sense land management practices. Advertising paid for with tax dollar grants to spurious organisations is indoctrinating the gullible while driving multi-million dollar industries including exclusive tourism, water catchment and carbon credit land theft, then fortifying the causes by researching endangered and threatened species.
About 11M ha of SE Australia has been taken by Government bureaucracies for their own self-service, city water catchment, national parks, closure of native forestry and drought relief grazing. Land once rateable by RLPBs and Shires, now becomes national park territory, exempt of rates and accountability. The Park's bureaucracies are community citizens, fully state government controlled, but seemingly not answerable to the public,
including through either Shires, or RLPBs. Rural Lands Protection Boards are one of the institutions that provides a reality check on
experienced land management, but where Parks are concerned, this checks and balance procedure has been circumvented intentionally.
The RLPB Annual Conference at Bathurst raised some very significant issues. Farmers are rightfully claiming the kangaroo cull, pegged at 10-15% of the estimated population, has not been in the past "sustainable for vegetation recovery." It has only been evident with this last severe dry, that bureaucracies have forced farmers to retain too many kangaroos. The present recovery of the vegetation since the western division has had rain has been the best in memory, due to many kangaroos succumbing to the drought. Farmers are saying that they can manage livestock grazing pressure, water supplies etc, but some out of touch and deaf bureaucracy is imposing vastly unsustainable kangaroo population imposts on their properties and then blaming "unsustainable agricultural practices".
Agricultural industries have paid research levies to develop biological controls to assist in rabbit control and now nature has relieved a portion of the roo
pressure, demonstrating clearly farmer's observations once again are correct. This should trigger a review of how many kangaroo farmers
should be forced to run. It is quite apparent, while ever State and Federal Governments are paid for tags to cull kangaroo on farms, the bigger
that percentage is, the better the business, especially in the Iemma/Koperberg bankrupt camp. Farmers are neither paid for, or compensated
for the kangaroos that they are ordered to run on their pasture, crops or forests.
Several wild dog motions were also passed unanimously. Yes! RLPBs across NSW want aerial baiting of all lands to retain 40 1080 baits per km as an option for strategic dog and fox control. Bait rate, timing and application has been well researched over decades. Ivory tower dwellers need to show cause to change what experienced land managers know works for wildlife conservation and persistence with modern science substantiating this experience.
National parks deal to their excess wildlife, by feeding them to the uncontrolled wild dogs they protect from regional control programs and legislatively force farmers to feed the kangaroos and Wallabies mustered out into the rural sector. Bureaucrats don't like roo pooh in their water supply! RLPB's declare recent independent research on Quoll rejection of 1080 baits is supported by decades of observations from Melbourne to Cook Town. Quoll and other true natives thrive where effective dog and fox control is effectively applied. The latest findings on the dog collaring work supports decades of observation that dogs are highly mobile, follow food abundance, eat out core areas of national park and migrate to neighbouring rural sectors. Home ranges of 40 000ha may be conservative as food supplies fail, starved, butchered or burnt by national park policies.
Farmers are not prepared to enter into and subsidise, another round of experiments where arbitrarily public land managers are coercing other governmental departments for baiting rates to be knocked back by 75%. If some people took over 2000 years to come up with a modern 4 wheeled vehicle then why would a Parkie pull 3 wheels off it and spend more public money researching the outcomes and consequences? Job creation and history rewriting, that's why.
Farmers in the South East have struggled away in their own time - while National Park staff are paid irrespective of effort, or result - to come up with a
local wild dog control program, integrating various methods including aerial baiting certain ridge lines in rugged hard to get at country.
Yes the program was signed off on after agreement was finally reached. Well that signature is worth dogdoo,. as now the aerial baiting is being pulled by
the parkies without consultation, on the pretext of an "environmental impact study needs to be done."
Talk about feeding local farmers to the dogs, hounding them off their farms. What do we think about signing agreements with government departments. "Feral" It was in this same area dogs were satellite collared for research purposes that the local Landowner agreed so long as he was given weekly bearings where the dogs were. The farmer received a couple of readings and locations and you guessed it, dialogue and location information ceased. One suspects the dog/s was trespassing picking up a few sheep, calves and wildlife on the farmer's land. The wonders of modern research eh!
There was also a case of a drover crossing a highway travelling stock route and the police requesting $450 for holding up the traffic! Boycott their BBQ too eh! RLPB rangers might hit police departments for help in fire, truck roll-overs, domestic dog attacks, fee for service! Haven't we become a wonderful complex supportive society! I'm certain some consultant asking mega $ would have suggested this "cash cow" opportunity for police.

DOG-GONE
Would someone let, Lisa Corbyn, DSE Head Flunkie, or Dr Tony Fleming, National Parks big toe, that farmers shot one of their Dingo's last weekend.
It was found rounding up sheep on a private property after being observed running out of their neighbours NSW National Park
There will be a charge for minding the carcass until it is claimed
They can also pay outstanding invoices from other farmers for feeding National Park wild dog packs that have savaged
and killed hundreds of sheep and goats in that area, who then dine on their ripped apart bodies.
Maybe the RSPCA should be notified as to what this farmers neighbours dogs have done to the sheep and goats - that is after they have finished shooting the 71 year old farmers cattle in the Pilliga.
