Our Toilet Rodent, whilst still rocking on the cubicle floor, has fine-tuned his ear to the NSW Labor caucus machinations for additional droppings of the Iemma/Koperberg faction fight.
Conspicuous by its briefness, was the report in main stream media of the possibility of Minister Fire-hose Phil Koperberg making a move to the far right of the NSW Labor Party and this only weeks after his political debut as not only an elected politician, but rushed to the ministerial clique to boot.
The Federal elections are over, Kevin Rudd and his cabal are elected and ensconced in power and the restraints are lifted in the NSW State caucus, and what happens?
Maurice Iemma receives telephone calls from parties yet known and Fire-hose Phil has stood, or been stood down, over allegations that everyone knew existed prior to State elections, let alone this recent Federal one.
Maurice sees the necessity all of a sudden to pass on information he has received to investigating officers, but why once the dust has settled election wise? Why wasn’t this matter cleared pre-election, both State and Federal?
Mr Gibson lost his parliamentary position, future election prospects, and a whole host of public assumed denigration, in other words, was he a scape-goat of the first order and to hell with the cost to Mr Gibson? Will we ever know?
Every citizen of NSW is aware that ex-Bob Carr Health minister, NSW Premier Maurice Iemma, is beleaguered to say the least and his time as leader of the NSW State Labor Party is limited in the enth degree, so is the Koperberg attack over a 20 year old issue, in actual fact a defensive move from the Iemma camp to remove the Premier’s primary foe, Phillip Christian Koperberg, Minister for Water, Environment and Climate Change?
Due to the spin, main-stream media hype and Labor intransigence towards the citizens they are elected to serve, we as the citizens can only have our own beliefs and assumptions to gauge the truth by.
For this reason we reprint the story that SOS-NEWS ran on the 12th of October 2007 and leave you all to make up your own minds as to what really may be going on behind closed doors in the hallowed halls of Macquarie street and at the high priced dinner tables of the power brokers.
Never forget, that the dinner table ex-member for the Blue Mountains Bob Debus, now Federal member for the same electorate (Macquarie), sat at, was also frequented by his relation, Phillip Christian Koperberg. This duopoly of the environment was the cause, but power tripping to the top was the goal and to get their - Iemma’s head has to roll.

TR and a fellow stoolpigeon nearly tripped over the bowls as they raced for the carrier pigeon cage to attach the latest droppings.
Premier Iemma is gone, but Rudd excitedly has pleaded with NSW Labor heavy weights to hold the faction fight until after the Federal election wash up.
With the knives sharpening it is apparently becoming harder to hold at bay those ready to push the blade in for the coup-de-gras.
What had TR aghast and the stoolie reeling on the tiled floor in fits of hysterics was that he overheard the name of Minister for the Environment, Water & Climate Change, fire hose Premier In Waiting
Phil Koperberg, touted as the heavy weights choice to depose the embarrassing Iemma, due to Phil's clean skin in the public's eyes. That is, apart from the Snowy Mountain soot he is covered with
The certainty is that TR reveals that the bell has tolled for embattled NSW ex-health minister, Premier Iemma and his time is limited. It is not if, but when, and the when is after Rudd has had his chance in the Federal polls.
Laugh until you cry, this could be the senario except for Phil's past that will chase him.
